Proposal of an Educational Programme for Employees in the Course of Implementation of Bar Codes at the UHS JAKOS Company

This thesis deals with proposal for an education program for employees of UHS JAKOS, a.s. which implemented a new information system 3 year ago and because of this they are planning to implement a bar codes. The analysis was realized by questionnaire survey between the employees who will work with the bar codes. The thesis is divided into 3 sections. The first section is theoretical and describes an education as process of change during implementing the bar codes. Next is analysis section which describes a current situation in the company by questionnaire. At the end it focuses on proposal of education program which will get easy the implementing of code bars.
Specific cooperation of hearing and deaf employees in the organization Tichy svet, o. p. s.

The dissertation deals with the particularities of a mutual cooperation of hearing and deaf employees of the institution Tichý svět, o.p.s. The dissertation is divided into the theoretical and the application part. The theoretical part is dedicated for the theme of the culture in the general concept, the culture of the organisation, and culture of the deafs. The thesis also deals with diversity management and communication in organizational management, focusing on communication in the intercultural team and description of the deaf communication systems. The theoretical part focuses, in its conclusion, on the team and teamwork, on conflicts and their solutions in the cotext of diversity management. The objective of the application part was to analyze situations where there is a misunderstanding between the hearing and the deaf employees of the organization and to describe the specifics of this cooperation. At the end of the thesis the finding are discussed and recommendations made for the organization, which are aimed to avoid misunderstanding. Supervision of An Organization as The Tool for Development and Change

Masters thesis based on extensive research on different forms of supervision organizations in seven organizations providing social services to prevent, try to define this type of supervision and generalize some of his characters. Data on supervision in the organization was obtained by questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the organization. As part of the research was further investigated by questionnaire survey of participating organizations, culture and searched for possible relationship between the implementation the supervision organization and levels of organizational culture. Empirical and theoretical part of this thesis is directed to the final discussion on supervision in the organization as an instrument of management development and change in organizations. Influence of creation the learning organization to improvement the competitions ability of organization

The work is devoted to the problem of learning organization. The objective of the work is to evaluate if the chosen company actually is learning organization and to identify the areas in which the company is close to this concept and what action should be taken to become a learning organization. A questionnaire survey was mainly used for this evaluation. In the end strong and weak sides of the chosen company are introduced and a recommendation is proposed which should lead to creating a learning organization.

The bachelor thesis in the theoretical part deals with describing the architecture of organization. The part of organization which becomes more and more dynamic. The thesis defines individual elements of architecture and describes new trends. The aim of the thesis is to describe changes of architecture of this organization. The practical part describes history of the joint stock company -- Stavby silnic a železnic. It also characterized the company before and after these changes.
