The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the landscape in the student's place of residence. The concept of the bachelor's thesis is primarily the perception of the cultural landscape. Emphasis is put on artistic interventions with the socializing potential, which can be the reason for meeting the locals, sources of aesthetic experience, pleasant leisure time, walking or sports. The work has the ambition to reveal unusual perspectives, to offer possibilities and experiences with different perceptions of the village in the valley, for centuries formed in the logic of the local landscape and the resulting human needs. The tangible output of the bachelor's thesis is the locally unique work of art, a vantage point that will become part of the intended series.

The concept of the thesis is mainly cultural perception of the landscape, using artistic interventions with socialization potential, which can be a reason for visiting local and non-local residents, aesthetic experience, pleasant leisure, walking or playing sports. The work has the ambition to reveal unusual perspectives, offering possibilities and experiences of a different perception of the surrounding cityscape.

The Potential of the Smart Cities Concept

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the concept of Smart Cities in Písek, mapping the implementation of this concept, analysis of the current situation of Smart Cities in the city and evaluation of advantages and disadvantages associated with this project in Písek, on the basis of which will be drawn up proposals for development of Písek Smart Cities in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into a literature review, which explains the very concept of Smart Cities and its own elaboration, based on a questionnaire survey, interviews with experts and analysis of conceptual and strategic documents.

Citizens participation in the town life on a case study in Mnichovice

The civic participation is an active approach of the citizen who has possibility of using more or less formalized tools to influence public affairs. This diploma thesis "Citizens participation in the town life on a case study in Mnichovice" will deal with civic participation in a small town close to Prague - Mnichovice. The level of participation will be analyzed by the OECD (information, consultation, active participation) town hall uses, what factors influence participation rates, what motivates people to engage in participation and what discourages vice versa and which particular forms of cooperation with citizens are effective for local public administration. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the historical development of civil participation in decision making processes, analyzes legislation of the Czech Republic to describe the theoretical participation and engagement in different types of participation in the various approaches and finally explores options of participation in a small town with 3200 residents, which is located in the suburbia of Prague, 30 km south-east from the center of the capitol city. Renaissance mural paintings and sgraffiti on the facades in town Prachatice

Práce zpracovává renesanční fasádní nástěnné malby a sgrafita v Prachaticích. Časově je práce vymezena 16. stoletím, kdy město vlastnili Rožmberkové. Největší rozkvět města je spojen s vládou Viléma z Rožmberka v 2. polovině 16. století, kdy ve městě také vnikly všechny výpravnější figurální výzdoby domů. Výzdoba jednotlivých domů odráží postupný majetkový vzestup prachatických měšťanů. Realizace z 50. a 60. let 16. století jsou spíše výtvarně a také technologicky skromnější. Největší vzepětí jak majetkové tak také umělecké lze sledovat od začátku 70. let. Hrdost měšťanů a jejich estetické nároky nejlépe dokládá výzdoba Staré radnice. Nesmírně zajímavá a kvalitní výzdoba prachatických domů otvírá jako celek řadu otázek. Vedle dílenských a uměleckých souvislostí s ostatními jihočeskými městy, je to problém autenticity památky. Na některých fasádách, které byly pokládány za renesanční, se již s renesanční malbou ve skutečnosti nesetkáme. Jedná se o barokní novotvary, které motivickými částmi navázaly na původní výzdobu. Výrazné jsou odkazy na Rožmberky, které připomíná téměř každá fasáda. To nelze vysvětlit jinak, než jako výraz subordinace majiteli panství a tamnímu panovníkovi. The establishment and development of the Ciudadanos Party

The bachelor thesis "The establishment and development of the Ciudadanos Party" focuses on the operation, programme and communication of the Spanish political party Ciudadanos- Partido de la Ciudadanía. The thesis examines the values of the party and their influence on policy-creating, and the shifts in the party's political programme since its foundation until the Spanish parliamentary election of 2019. The research question of the thesis is: "Can the Ciudadanos party be considered liberal based on its values and programme?" The other objective of this thesis includes tracing the establishment and development of Ciudadanos with concentration on its expansion from local Catalonian to nation-wide party, and the party's political communication. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical approaches to studying political parties. The thesis works with the familles spirituelles ('party families') theory, first and foremost with the concept of liberal family, which it also defines based on ideology and programme. Health care system development from the perspective of citizens

Diploma thesis "Health care system development from the perspective of citizens" deals with the current state of Czech healthcare system, how is perceived by the citizens who are the target population of health policy and the main goal of health system is to improve their health. The main goal of this thesis is to find out, if the current state of Czech healthcare system meets with the requirements of citizens, having regard to the citizen's information and compared with the expectations. Qualitative and quantitative research methods (questionnaire, expert and semi structured interviews) were used to achieve the objectives. Theoretical and empirical part of the thesis is focused on the wider context of the role of citizens in the society and enforcement and respect of their human rights. There is emphasized the participation of citizens on health policy and importance of the human rights related to health in the thesis. Results of the survey show the lack of awareness of the human rights related to health and of news in healthcare that does not allow effective participation on creation and implementation of health policy and fulfillment of the role and responsibilities of the state in enforcement of the public interest.
