Development of a thematic product of the Town Třebíč as a tourism destination

Destination marketing and management is an integral part of each tourism destination. Destination marketing is an effort to achieve a common goal - selling the destination - with the help of working cooperation of all interested subjects in the location. The targeted area in chosen region is typical by its significant offer of tourism attractions and infrastructure. This thesis aims to create a thematic product of town Třebíč as a tourism destination. The aim of this thesis is to identify unique selling properties of the destination based on strenghts and weaknesses of Třebíč tourism potential and also to design a marketing mix for town's thematic product as a tourism destination.
The effect of external impact of information technology on the online commercialization of travel agency

The aim of this thesis was based on an analysis of market gaps in the commercialization of outgoing TA through IT, to determine the possibility of eliminating their negative external influence and to propose replacement solutions. Partial aim of the thesis was to investigate the influence of IT and reservation systems on the activity of TA.

The master thesis deals with the topic of promotion of Slovak republic in the tourism industry. Its goal is to analyze the activities of Slovak tourist board from 2008 to 2013 in domestic and incoming tourism, including the detached offices abroad and at home. Subsequently it aims to come up with ideas that could lead to potential improvement of the situation in the future, making Slovak republic more visible as a final destination in the international tourism, increasing incoming tourism and supporting domestic tourism.

The main aim of the thesis is to investigate the function of the tourism market for the selected minority living in the Czech Republic, which is the Vietnamese minority. Based on field research to prepare an adequate product and find out the possibility of further tourism development for the minority. The thesis analyzes this particular minority, which is a very close-knit community. However, it would be an exaggeration to say that the Vietnamese community is entirely closed to the outside world when it comes to traveling. In the last chapter through a personal questioning was prepared sample suitable product innovation.
Project for development of tourism in the chosen destination of South Bohemia

Aim of this final thesis is to analyze conditions on the market, inside a chosen company, support for entrepreneurs in the provision of tourism services in South Bohemia, specifically in Trebon and making a complete documentation of business plan for a particular facility in compliance with current trends in travelling. This includes a request for proper financial means from EU.In the proposal part of my thesis I analyzed Třeboň region and proposed several strategies, that would be suitable for development of travelling business. From above mentioned strategies I concentrated on development of rural tourism. In the practical part the business plan is created, which analysi have been made, especially market analysis, STEP and SWOT analysis. The business plan provides a basic description and objectives for ecoagricultural farms, marketing strategy and financial plan. The application is developed to support agro-touristic Rural Development Programme.
Impact of tourism on local development in the region Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The main objective of this thesis is the definition of tourism supply and demand of tourism to the region Bystřice Pernštejnem. The demand for the region is established on the basis of the survey. The first sub-goal is to evaluate the impact of tourism on the budget of municipalities. In this first part is carried out field research among the mayors of municipalities in the region on their perceptions of tourism. Evaluation of the impact of tourism is carried out on the town budget Bystřice Pernštejnem.First discussed are the revenues, expenditures, and finally the overall impact. Part of this section are evaluated impacts on employment and value of tourist activities found in the region. The second sub-goal is to assess the impact of subsidies on production in the region. This section compares the projects in the field of tourism and other projects on the basis of the calculated gross value added of these observed effects support. The last sub-goal is to determine the multiplier of tourism. Part of this section is a national regionalization symmetric input-output tables for the region SO ORP Bystřice Pernštejnem. Based on the tables are compiled using the technical coefficients matrix, Leontief inverse matrix and matrix Leontieofovi input multipliers calculated for each economic activity. Consequently, expenditure of tourists found the overall multiplier of tourism for the region Bystřice Pernštejnem spending tourists and the impact on production in the region.
Sustainable tourism in Novohradsko

The thesis is focused on analyzing the current state of tourism in Novohradsko region. The work deals with evaluating the sustainability of tourism. Part of the work is a comparison previously established state of tourism, which was monitored in previous work deals with the analysis of conditions for the development of tourism in the Novohradsko region. Another part of the work product is designed to ensure sustainability of tourism. The product is a tourist book. In this work are formulated proposals and recommendations for improving the existing situation. To find the necessary information was used situational analysis and field survey.
