Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzování tržních podmínek vnitřního prostředí zvoleného podniku, podpor pro podnikatele při poskytování služeb cestovního ruchu v jižních Čechách, konkrétně v oblasti Třeboňska a vypracování kompletní dokumentace podnikatelského záměru pro konkrétní zařízení dle aktuálních trendů v cestovním ruchu, včetně žádosti o vhodné finanční prostředky z EU. V práci je provedena analýza destinace Třeboňska a navrženo několik strategií, které by byly vhodné v oblasti v rámci cestovního ruchu rozvíjet. Ze zmíněných strategií byl zvolen rozvoj venkovské turistiky. V praktické části je vytvořen podnikatelský plán, ke kterému byly provedeny analýzy, zejména analýza trhu, STEP a SWOT analýza. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje základní popis a cíle ekoagroturistické farmy, marketingovou strategii a finanční plán. Součástí je vypracovaná žádost na podporu rozvoje agroturistiky z Programu rozvoje venkova. Aim of this final thesis is to analyze conditions on the market, inside a chosen company, support for entrepreneurs in the provision of tourism services in South Bohemia, specifically in Trebon and making a complete documentation of business plan for a particular facility in compliance with current trends in travelling. This includes a request for proper financial means from EU.In the proposal part of my thesis I analyzed Třeboň region and proposed several strategies, that would be suitable for development of travelling business. From above mentioned strategies I concentrated on development of rural tourism. In the practical part the business plan is created, which analysi have been made, especially market analysis, STEP and SWOT analysis. The business plan provides a basic description and objectives for ecoagricultural farms, marketing strategy and financial plan. The application is developed to support agro-touristic Rural Development Programme.
