Odhalení nedostatků a potenciálu pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu na Teplicku pomocí analýzy složek primární a sekundární nabídky cestovního ruchu, analýzy motivů, potřeb a očekávání stávajících i potenciálních návštěvníků, jejich spokojenosti se stávající nabídkou a jejich následná segmentace. Vyhodnocení přínosů a dopadů cestovního ruchu na Teplicku. Dle provedených analýz navržení optimální nabídky pro vybrané segmenty. Find out the main obstacles and potencial of tourism development in Teplice region with help of primary offer and secondary offer analysis. Also with help of marketing research. The aim of the research is to identify visitor's characterizations and motivations and also identify their satisfaction with this destination and current offer. Segmentation of visitors and creation of optimal offer for each segment. Interpretation of advantages and negative effects of tourism development in Teplice region.
