The bachelor's thesis addresses the development of business activities of a company that provides sport fishing and operates a restaurant that serves as a background for fishermen. The theoretical basis is based on analyzes of the external environment, internal environment and analysis of the field environment. The results of the analyzes will be summarized in a SWOT analysis. All analyzes will help determine the company's position in the market and recommend proposals for the development of further business activities.

On the basis of theory a case-by-case analysis of external, field and internal environment will be performed. These analyses will then help us in performing a SWOT analysis. Based to these analyses we will be able to evaluate the current market condition of the company. The result of this thesis will be providing a proposal of development of company’s business activity.

Digitization Of Business Models In Car Transport

Transportation is undergoing major changes, which can be seen as a threat or an opportunity for incumbents. Nowadays, companies are focusing on reacting on market changes and on responding to a major question, which is how to serve an increasing demand for mobility with the lowest enviromental impact. There are few established companies on czech and global market trying to answer this question. The goal of the thesis is to show how these companies work. The main framework which has been used to serve the purpose is Business Model Canvas, which helps to display business models in a structured way. Based on this analysis, we can conclude that the 11 analysed companies would could not exist without the major progress in technology. Future of these companies strongly depends on a support they can get by cities and states. This thesis brings the first deep comprehensive reflection on this topic in Czech language.
Business Model Analysis of the Czech Peer-to-Peer Insurance Carrier

This thesis provides comprehensive description of a new phenomenon of peer-to-peer in- surance focusing on the classification of its main tendencies. The extended overview is accompanied by the original and unique analysis of the business model of The First Club Insurance Carrier, the only Czech peer-to-peer insurance company. The suitability of the concept developed by The First Club Insurance Carrier is tested using five different scenarios derived from its competitors on the Czech insurance market. The profitability and ability to produce payable bonuses for clients in an appropriate amount as proposed by the founders of the company are considered on the ground of scenarios simulating the future development of The First Club Insurance Carrier. On the basis of the created prediction scenarios, the research concludes that the company could achieve a positive economic result in next few years. The amount of givebacks (payable bonuses) has not accomplished the expected amount of 15% of the gross earned premium but it ranges between 9% and 10% in most scenarios. This thesis offers also some requirements for more favorable outcomes (such as a better distribution of gross earned premium between reinsurance and claims expenses).
