The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance entrepreneurial plan of a concrete manufacturing company with the focus on project financing from the European Union funds. In the theoretical part financing forms from the European Funds are discussed. Practical part focuses on Montanna Ltd, possible investment objectives are presented. The thesis also identifies investment plan and deals realization methods considering financing from the European Union funds.

This bachelor´s thesis called Source analysis of financing of selected investment in the municipality is focused on possibilities which can be used for financing the selected investment. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines and divides investments and then describes the financial resources that can be used for financing public investment. The practical part discusses the possibilities of financing specific investment in the municipality. The selected investment is a new building of kindergarten in the township of Drásov. The goal of this thesis is to find and elaborate all available financial resources and then to choose the optimal variant of financing.

Subject of this bachelor's thesis is “Financing of Project by the help of EU funds”. A theoretical part explains the problems of regional policy and a practical part contains solution of project. The aim of the thesis is to create a project able to gain financial resources from European Union, specifically it is the project to create the language laboratory for the school. The main idea is to modernize the language classroom and to create effective learning conditions for students in foreign languages.

This bachelor thesis deals with the drawing money from EU financial devices, focuses on the cohesion policy and the position of the non-profit sector in Europe. It analyzes the availability of funds for various non-profit organizations and offers a comprehensive overview of grant opportunities that are available due to our membership in the European Community. An important part is the information on the project management of European projects, especially the process of application and its output is, therefore, offer of the available resources, together with the principles and procedures to increase the success rate of applications for the subsidy.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Evropskými Fondy a jejich roli při zmenšování rozdílů mezi chudšími a bohatšími regiony EU. Hlavním cílem práce je finanční analýza vybrané společnosti a navržení investičního projektu s důrazem na požadavky kladené na možnost čerpání dotací z evropských fondů. V práci jsou využity data poskytnuté společnosti, které jsou využity při tvorbě finanční analýzy, dále metody PESTL analýzy, Porterův pětifaktorový model, a SWOT analýza. Na závěr bude investiční projekt doporučen či zamítnut.

The main objective is to create a project that will be able to apply for financial support from the EU. Concretely it is the project of Reconstruction and completion of Municipal museum Česka Trebova. The thoretical part focuses on goals and instruments of regional policy of European Union in period 2007 – 2013. The goal of practical part is to describe how to fill in the application form.

My graduation theses is analyzing questions of project funding from EU financial resources, cofinancing projects form commercial banks products and is also dealing with process of applying of financial resources from EU funds. First part is dealing with theoretical informations connected to EU funds. Main part is describing and analyzing single possibilities of financing projects form EU funds. This part is describing commercial banks products, which can be used to cofinancing of projects as well. In final part am trying to create transparent and practical guide book for entrepreneur through EU funds.
