Evaluation of turf sprinkle irrigation

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of turf sprinkler irrigation. The aim of bachelor´s thesis is testing of used and new nozzles of the sprinkler TORO S850. The thesis contains method of testing nozzles and evaluation results. Measured values are compared and difference in distribution of irrigation water is determined.

Valuation of golf courses with verification of application possibilities Naegeliho class method position

Subject of this thesis is the valuation of golf courses with the verification of possible application of Naegeli class method. The solution includes a description of individual objects located on golf courses used for this sport. Application of Naegeli class method will be carried out in both theoretical and practical way. Result will be compared with the use of other conventional valuation methods, eventually estimate as well. According to the achieved results, a standard expert valuation process using Naegeli class method will be proposed.
Load analysis of golf players

Title: Load analysis of golf players Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine the load intensity of golf players, the comparison between players of different levels and determine the health benefits of the game. Methods: The theoretical part was processed thorough a study of scientific literature. Data were measured by sport-tester Garmin, which were then processed in the Garmin Connect and in Microsoft Excel. Was determined by calculating the maximum heart rate of the individual player and the results were compared qualitatively and quantitatively with the scientific literature. Results: Golf is a light to moderate aktivity of load amounting 62% of the maximum heart rate of the individual. Golf in conjunction with the movement on the field can have a positive effect on humans and prevent lifestyle diseases associated with hyperkinesis. During one eighteen-round of golf player conquers average of 10.5 km and reforge as 70% of the official length of the course. Professional players spend more time reading the terrain and planning launch, so they are moving more. Keywords: golf, heart beat, health, condition, golf field

The work is divided into three separate parts, each of which has its own tissues. The first part is devoted to the process of environmental impact assessment in general. It explains the purpose, principle and course of the process, and also describes the legislative framework that controles this process. The second part is dedicated to golf itself and the use and typology of the landscape. Here are explained the basic concepts and characteristics of the golf game, its history and the description golf courses according to the use of areas according to the cadastre. We can also find the classification of the Czech landscape and the typology of golf courses divided according to various aspects. The third, analytical part, which is at the same time the key part of this work, is devoted to the assessment of the use of golf courses in the Czech Republic and to the study of the EIA. The first chapter deals with the case study, comparison and evaluation of the information obtained concerning two selected golf courses and assessment of their impact on the environment. The second chapter deals with golf courses, their records and assessments within the EIA legislative process. The object of the work was to create a comprehensive golf course map, based on the map and the register, with a short description of the characteristics of each golf course, and to create the database of golf courses from the EIA information system. It also includes analysis and assessment of the impact of golf courses on the environment.
The legal regulation of the environmental impact assessment

The main goal of this thesis is to provide a description and analysis of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which is one of the significant legal tools of environmental quality protection. This process precedes the development consent to the project and his purpose is to identify and comprehensively evaluate environmental impact of a project. The first part of this thesis is focused on the international and European legal context of the EIA. This part introduces the key international treaties related to the EIA (the Aarhus Convention and the Espoo Convention), then an example of the EIA's integration into policy of one of the international organisations (an example of the World Bank) and the reflection if the EIA procedure can be considered as part of the international customary law. In the second part of this chapter the context of the European law (especially the revised Directive 2011/92/EU) and the current Czech legal regulation is outlined. The second part of this thesis consists of the analysis of the Czech legal regulation of the EIA under the Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on the Environmental Impact Assessment, with the emphasis on its recent amendments (especially the amendment of Act No. 326/2017 Coll. effective from 1 November 2017). Goals: The aim of the diploma thesis is to critically analyse the golf surrounding in the Czech republic and generally in the world. Further goal of this thesis is to analyse the work of a specific czech golf club the Golf Resort Karlštejn, especially is going to be aimed at it`s marketing. The conclusions are going to be mainly made out of the secondary dates. The acquired information will be consequently used for outlinig of recommendations for the golf area generally and formerly mentioned golf resort. Typology of Golf Courses in Czechia

The aim of this thesis is to determine in which areas of the Czech Republic golf courses are being built, how large areas are occupied by their construction and if there are any observable trends in construction of golf courses in more than one-hundred-year history of these grounds in the Czech Republic. The study is divided into several parts. The first part is dedicated to brief description of golf courses from different points of view. The second key part evaluates the land use of these courses and suggests several aspects of creating their typology, it also deals with their tax efficeincy and it suggests areas which are suitable for golf courses construction. The study also contains a case study of two typologically different courses - Čertovo Břemeno and Kynžvart. The benefit of this thesis should creating a complete database of all land parcels in the area of golf courses in the Czech Republic, including their land use, and creating a map with different features of these golf courses. Principles of golf courses EIA

This thesis deals with the principles of assessment impact of golf courses on the environment. The process of assessing the impact of project on the environment (EIA) is an integral part of the permission procedures for building permits. Each intention is different and must be assessed differently. Because of all the sports that have their sphere of activity on the free surface of the earth has golf probably the strongest interaction with the environment, the construction of golf courses is very hot topic among experts and the general public. This study aims to evaluate of EIA process at the two golf courses and the experience gained from the EIA process to formulate principles for the assessment of golf courses on the environment. An integral part of the work is an analysis of the EIA notification and control in unity of prediction in notification with the actual situation. On the based of achieved experience and the gained data it is possible to generalize the principles of EIA process for similar intention.
