The aim of tis Bachelor Thesis is to deserible the Cobra device by Phywe company that is a suitable tutoriál instrument for practical training in physics. Its other aim is theoretical design end subsequent practical processing of experiments fit for school laboratories. The concluding part of the Thesis deals with evaluation of advantages or disadvantages of this device compared with classical measuring and evaluation of results.

The theoretical part describes selected farms and production areas in which it is located. The practical part includes a methodological description of the measuring and calculation of the diesel oil consumption. Furthermore, comparison and evaluation of the results of the two farms with the directions.
Valuation of CEZ Group

The thesis is targeted to a valuation of CEZ Group. The Czech based utility CEZ Group ensures regular production and supply of electricity and other essential products for everyday needs of the population in CEE region. The purpose of presented valuation is to determine whether the shares of these publicly traded company are correctly valued and that there exists any upside or downside potential. The final valuation is primarily determined by using two well-known valuation approaches -- discounted cash flow (based on operating profit analysis) and peer group analysis (based on market analysis). In order to provide a full range of understanding, the thesis consists of eight main parts focused on company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers, financial plan, minorities and final valuation. Further, all these parts are split up into few sections. Conclusion of the thesis includes an investment recommendation.
Electricity Futures

Bachelor thesis deals with the forward electricity market. It describes how the liberalized electricity market and the energy exchanges work with in-depth focus on the Czech Republic. The basic theoretical approaches towards the price formation in electricity market and the valuation of electricity futures are also shown. Furthermore, the thesis analyses futures prices on Prague energy exchange compared to prices on other European exchanges and to prices of other energy commodities. The last part of the thesis calculates risk premia in monthly futures on Prague energy exchange.
Photovoltaic's resources economy

This assignment aims on phenomenon of last years, soler energy and it's use, photovoltaic. The first part of this assignment is elaborated on theoretical base and specialized literature and it is focused mainly on explanation of photovoltaic, photovoltaic's cell, electro energetic expressions etc. Further on the first part describes specific areas contextual with use of photovoltaic at present, as are legislation or system of support etc. The second part on the contrary to the first part deals with practical study aims on build-up and operation of solar power station. In this part of my assignment will be described all expenses, revenues and also cash flow. On the basis of a few investment criterion will be advised possibilities of it's investing with using loan capital or equity capital. At the end this assignment evaluate subject of photovoltaic's development of late years and it's influence on future of electro energetic, acceptableness of investment to this branch of business, height of return of investment and payback period as well.

Analysis of production and consumption of electricity in Czech republic

This master thesis is divided into two parts. First part focuses on production and consumption of electricity in the Czech republic, describing sources of the production and their progress since 1990, considering also the main electricity consumers. The end of the first part focuses on the Box-Jenkins methodology, time series of electricity consumption between 1981 and 2008 are created as well as forecasted up to 2011. The second part of this thesis describes the cluster analysis. This is used for finding similarities of the 27 states of the European Union. Cluster analysis is applied for years 1990 and 2007, for both electric power production and electric power consumption.

The Liberalisation of the Electricity Market in Poland

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the Polish power sector since the introduction of the first energetic law with the orientation on the electricity. It describes the development of the production sector, the distribution sector and the transmission sector. It is devoted also to the privatisation of the subjects that act on this market. This thesis deals with the development of the cross border auctions with the neighbouring countries, concretely the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. It tracks the development of the offered amounts of the capacities from the shortterm and longterm perspective. It describes the issue connected with the longterm contracts of the Polish transmission operator and its whole function on the market. It tracks down the electricity price development from the year 2000, it mentions the recent electricity prices of the Polish market and deals with the possible future price development.
