Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním Skupiny ČEZ. ČEZ zajišťuje pravidelnou výrobu a dodávku elektrické energie a dalších nezbytných produktů pro každodenní zabezpečení potřeb obyvatel nejen na území České republiky. Účelem ocenění je zjistit, zda akcie této veřejně obchodované společnosti na kapitálovém trhu jsou správně oceněny a zda zde neexistuje potenciál ke zhodnocení peněžních prostředků a tedy zda jsou akcie této společnosti atraktivní k nákupu či nikoliv. Ocenění je provedeno dvěmi základními metodami -- metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků (konkrétně DCF entity) a metodou srovnání s konkurenčními podniky. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do osmi základních částí. Jednotlivé části zahrnují základní informace o oceňované společnosti, a to včetně představení jednotlivých segmentů, ve kterých ČEZ působí. Dále obsahují strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu, generátory hodnoty, finanční plán, údaje o dceřiných společnostech s minoritním podílem a vlastní ocenění společnosti. Uvedené tematické celky se dále člení na podkapitoly. Závěr práce obsahuje také investiční doporučení. The thesis is targeted to a valuation of CEZ Group. The Czech based utility CEZ Group ensures regular production and supply of electricity and other essential products for everyday needs of the population in CEE region. The purpose of presented valuation is to determine whether the shares of these publicly traded company are correctly valued and that there exists any upside or downside potential. The final valuation is primarily determined by using two well-known valuation approaches -- discounted cash flow (based on operating profit analysis) and peer group analysis (based on market analysis). In order to provide a full range of understanding, the thesis consists of eight main parts focused on company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers, financial plan, minorities and final valuation. Further, all these parts are split up into few sections. Conclusion of the thesis includes an investment recommendation.
