The price of water in selected municipalities of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the problems related to operation of water supply and sewerage systems in the Czech Republic. The view is focused on the calculation of the water price for the customer because of large scope of the topic. The diploma thesis also describes the technical development of water management infrastructure, ways of operation of water supply and sewerage systems and the development of water and sewer rate price. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the specific situation in the selected village and the voluntary association of municipalities. It is focused to calculating water and sewer rate price. For a good overview in the prices of water and sewer rate in the Czech Republic, the prices in the selected municipality and the voluntary association of municipalities are compared with prices in the Czech Republic, in general.

Proposal of Procedure for Calculation of Aggregate Price of Building Construction

The thesis is focused on creating of aggregated items and pricing appreciation of the group works. This thesis deals with in its early life cycle of building works and defines at what stage it is advisable to use the aggregate cost. The following part is aimed at budget in the aggregated prices and creating aggregated prices. In practical part there is methodology designed to compile aggregate price of building construction. The aim of methodology is to propose evaluation process of coherent construction work groups. The proposed methodology will be used to value case study of family house.

Cost analysis of building objects

This diploma thesis deals with analyzing the total prices of the primary budget costs of family houses and creating budget indicators, which are always related to the enclosed area, the built-up area, and the floor area. The theoretical background contains definitions of terms from budgeting and construction of family houses. In the practical part, budget indicators relating to basic budget costs, budget chapters, and components of the calculation formula are created.
