Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na užívané způsoby řízení nákladů prostřednictvím jejich podrobného členění a výběru kalkulační metody. Ke srovnání teoretických poznatků se skutečností je využit výrobní podnik, pro nějž je navržen nový kalkulační systém. The bachelor thesis focuses on the methods used for cost management through their detailed breakdown and selection of the calculation method. To compare the theoretical knowledge with reality a manufacturing company is being used for which a new calculation system is designed.
