Impact of Economic Crisis on the Cost of Public Construction Investment

This work deals with the impact of the economic crisis on the cost of public construction investment. The aim is to analyze the evolution of prices of public construction investment during the crisis and before. The theoretical part describes the economic crisis, public construction investment and pricing. In the practical part is the analysis based on the development of individual contracts, development of price indices RTS company and changes in the volume of public construction contracts.

1. ABSTRAKT Název práce: Diagnostika koordinačních schopností ve fotbale Evaluation of coordination in football V této diplomové práci byla sledována úroveň koordinačních schopností 1O - 13i letých fotbalistů ze čtyř různých klubů. Cílem bylo zjistit úroveň testovaných fotbalistů a porovnat rozdíly mezi jednotlivými fotbalovými kluby. K tomuto účelu byla navržena baterie testů obsahující šest testů zaměřených na diagnostikování všeobecné koordinace a "test speciální (fotbalové) koordinace", kterým je možné diagnostikovat speciální koordinační schopnosti. Změřené rozdíly mezi jednotlivými fotbalovými týmy byly většinou dány buď vyšší soutěží klubu nebo stářím jednotlivých fotbalistů, rozdíl mezi hráči může činit až 3. roky. Financial Evaluation of an Investment Project

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial appraisal of investment in apparel industry. The first part of thesis recapitulates selected literature about evaluating investments from investment projects, cost of capital, risk to value determination. Part of the thesis is dedicated to comparison of several methods of investment decision making. Second part of thesis comprises of creation of an investment project and use of theoretical knowledge for its evaluation.
