Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company

The purpose of the master's thesis "Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company" is to propose a marketing strategy for a selected IT company. The theoretical part deals with small and medium companies, their definition and limitations, as well as strategic analysis, marketing strategy and marketing research. The analytical part provides an analysis of the selected company, which is focused on external and internal environment of the selected IT company. Based on this analysis a SWOT analysis is performed. Then quantitative research is performed and afterwards a specific marketing strategy is proposed based on the analytical part and quantitative research. At the end of the work, the contribution of the proposals is evaluated.

The purpose of the master's thesis "On-line marketing communication" is a proposal to improve on-line marketing communication of a selected IT company. In theoretical part of the thesis most important terms and methods are defined. In analytical part a selected company is characterized, macroenvironment, microenvironment, marketing and communication mix of a selected company and then a questionanire survey is elaborated. In conclusion, based on gained outputs a specific own proposals for improving a on-line marketing communication of a selected company are developed.

VYBÍHAL, T. Payment discipline among enterprises of the secondary sphere of na-tional economy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The bachelor thesis is focused on payment system, making payments and pay-ment moral. The thesis evaluates the payment discipline of the customers of three selected companies belonging to the secondary sphere of the national economy. For each enterprise is examined the impact of the actual cash performance of the invoices amount of sold products on cash flow is examined for each of the select-ed enterprises.
