The marketing strategy of the region Český ráj v letech 2009 - 2013

Bachelor thesis "The marketing strategy of the tourist region Bohemian Paradise in 2009- 2013" describes and analyzes present marketing conception and communication activities which take place in that region. The objective of the paper is to introduce main subjects of the destination management in the region and to present documents forming the basis of the marketing strategy, especially the document "The medium-term plan of the development in the Bohemian Paradise in 2012-2017". The aim of the thesis is to describe implementation of this marketing strategy and to evaluate realization of the marketing and communication activities within the destination management of the tourist region Bohemian Paradise.

Opinions and Attitudes of Unsuccessfully Moving Younger School Age Children toward Physical Activities

Diploma thesis title: Opinions and Attitudes of Unsuccessfully Moving Younger School Age Children toward Physical Activities Aims (goals): The main aim of the diploma thesis was to state opinions and attitudes of unsuccessfully moving younger-school-age children toward physical activities. Another aim was to create an overview of terms regarding the movement failure in the theoretical part. Further aim was to compare the opinions and attitudes of so defined children toward the physical activities to results of Kaplan (2001) and Holický (2011) and to monitor anthropometric characteristics of observed files. Methodology: The work was developed by using the method of Kaplan's research (2011). The research identified unsuccessfully moving children using a motoric testing. With this procedure the files for the subsequent determination of the characteristics of the unsuccessfully moving children were defined. Then, two types of questionnaires were used to research the opinions and attitude of the children toward the physical activities. Results: The results revealed the unsuccessfully moving children do a physical activity three times a week and occasionally. This thesis is divided in two parts - the general and the specialized one. In the general part it follows theoretical knowledge of problematics of unilateral endoprosthesis of knee joint implementation, different types of endoprosthesis, indications and gonarthrotis. Significant part is dedicated to physiotherapeutical procedures and means of treatment of patients after unilateral knee joint replacement. I dedicated the specialized part, elaborated in form of case interpretation, to a description of essential cooperation with the patient during the time of hospitalization, I determine short and long term plan and evaluate the effect of therapy.

The role of radiologist assistant in diagnostic examination of the brain

This thesis describes the role of the radiological assistant in diagnostic examination methods, while the brain was chosen as the examined area. The introductory part deals with brain anatomy; as for its anatomical composition, the brain shows a very complex nature, and therefore I focus only on fundamental anatomical structures in this thesis. The essential principle of CT and MR is explained, as well as structural elements of the apparatuses, their types, types of sequences and ways of display. Contrast substances are applied in a considerable number of examinations, they are thus mentioned in this thesis, as well. Another important issue concerns radiation protection when working with ionizing sources. The next part describes the most significant examinations and the radiological assistant's role in such examinations. Fundamental imaging methods of examining the brain include computer tomography and magnetic resonance. These methods make it possible to localize accurately and very quickly intracranial bleeding, tumours, inflammations, development anomalies, degenerative changes, vascular malformations and their complications, necroses, traumas etc. The final part of this thesis compares the advantages, drawbacks and benefits of each of the methods mentioned. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is Analysis of employee care in MEIBES s.r.o. The aim is to analyse the system of care for employees, describe, evaluate and propose measures to improve system efficiency. The theoretical part represents the terms that are necessary for understanding the issues and in the practical part there are findings applied at the chosen company. Thesis includes also the findings of the questionnaire survey and the SWOT analysis. At the end, based on ascertained information, there are suggested steps that may help management to improve the effectiveness of the current system and satisfaction of all employees.

Social policy and cocept of social system in Baťa's concern

The aim of this thesis is to bring objective analysis of the social system of Tomáš Baťa's concern during its existence until 1945 in Zlín. Based on this analysis it is trying to appoint a type of policy, that the founder was advocating. First chapter shows social conditions of the working class during the The First Republic of Czechoslovakia. In the second chapter is described history of the company. The next chapter concentrates on social advantages of the Baťa's employees. In the end it emphasizes on problems of the concern connected with some undemocratic aspects of the system.
