Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti MEIBES s.r.o. Cílem práce je popis, analýza, následné zhodnocení situace a případné navržení opatření pro zlepšení současného systému. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části popsány jednotlivé složky péče o zaměstnance, které jsou nutností k pochopení dané problematiky a v praktické části jsou dané poznatky aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Součástí je SWOT analýza a průzkum, který byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr jsou na základě zjištěných informací navrhnuty kroky, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení celkového systému a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is Analysis of employee care in MEIBES s.r.o. The aim is to analyse the system of care for employees, describe, evaluate and propose measures to improve system efficiency. The theoretical part represents the terms that are necessary for understanding the issues and in the practical part there are findings applied at the chosen company. Thesis includes also the findings of the questionnaire survey and the SWOT analysis. At the end, based on ascertained information, there are suggested steps that may help management to improve the effectiveness of the current system and satisfaction of all employees.
