Positions of the Prime Minister in Great Britain, Germany and the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis positions o f the Prime Minister in Great Britain, Germany and the Czech Republic" compares the positions of three prime ministers of three different European parliamentary democracies. It is divided into two chapters - the first one deals with theory and the second one describes how the theory works in practice. It gis based on the opinions of a well-known political scientist Giovanni Sartori who has made his own theory of three different positions of a prime minister in government. According to this theory I have chosen the position of the British prime minister, who is the most powerful, the German chancellor, who is less powerful and the Czech premier, whose position is the weakest. To explain the differences I also compare partial systems, electoral systems and the state system. In the second chapter I analyse Great Britain, Germany and the Czech Republic in the light of their modern history so I use similar periods of time, mainly the 1990's. Talking about Great Britain I have chosen the era of governance of Conservative Party leading by Margaret Thatcher and John Major and then the era of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown's New Labour. Workplace violence in healthcare facilities

This thesis of theoretical-experimental character deals with violence in healthcare facilities, first of all at the anaesthesiology and resuscitation departments and intensive care departments. A theoretical part of the thesis describes types of violence, factors leasing to the violent behaviour and this consequences. Further there are mentioned the possibilities of prevention violence in working place. A research part contains an analysis of a questionnaire survey. It was aimed especially at real state in selected departments, types of aggressors and frequency of occurrence attacks.
Possibilities of reinforcement of the mutual commercial cooperation between the Czech Republic and Mexico through ProMéxico

This Master´s thesis deals with the mutual commercial cooperation between the Czech Republic and Mexico, focusing on possibilities of its reinforcement through the state export agency ProMéxico. The first chapter of this thesis concentrates on the current trade cooperation between these countries and compares them in terms of economy, tactics of negotiation for reciprocal business and it also presents the successful Mexican companies operating on the Czech market. The second part describes the agency ProMéxico itself, its services, attitude to their clients and, in addition, it provides the benefits of ProMéxico when exporting to foreign markets. The objective of the third chapter is support of this commercial cooperation, it also analyses possibilities of reinforcement of the mutual business and offers an overview of promising industries for export in the Czech area. The last part presents the comprehensive analysis of the mediation process of mutual international cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Mexican company WajiroDream through ProMéxico. The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis of the Czech market and finally it contains practical recommendations to Mexican exporters for successful business undertaking in the Czech Republic.

"The US Presidential Nomination System in Its Three Dimension: Past, Present and Future" thesis focuses on political and historical aspects of presidential candidate selection system in the United States of America. Covering the past two and a half centuries of historical development in the first more historical part the final paper then continues with more political characters of the system. The first chapter is divided into four sections describing the evolution of the selection system since the very beginning of the US political history when the Constitution was adopted in 1780s over the establishment of national conventions and implementing primary elections around 1900 until the modern period of reform years in 1970s. The second chapter focuses on current selection system within the Democratic and the Republican Party while the last third chapter, being divided into three parts, describes three key primary elections of 20th and 21st century, respectively. The Democratic primaries of 1960 and a selection of J. F. Kennedy, the 1980 Republican primaries with Ronald Reagan as an unrivaled leader and the Democratic primary elections of 2008 selecting Barack Obama a presidential candidate. Possibilities of reinforcement of the mutual commercial cooperation between Mexico and the Czech Republic through CzechTrade

This bachelor thesis deals with the mutual commercial cooperation between Mexico and the Czech Republic, focusing on possibilities of its reinforcement through the state export agency CzechTrade. The first chapter of this thesis concentrates on the current trade cooperation between these countries and compares them in terms of economy, tactics of negotiation for successful business and it also presents some successful Czech companies operating on the market in question. The second part describes the agency CzechTrade itself, its attitude to their clients and, in addition, this thesis provides information on the client's contentment of services rendered by CzechTrade. The objective of the third part is support of this commercial cooperation, it also analyses possibilities of reinforcement of the mutual business and offers an overview of promising industries on the mentioned market. The fourth chapter discloses the positive case of a Czech company in Mexico. The last section of the thesis includes a SWOT analysis of this market and finally it contains practical recommendations for successful business undertaking in Mexico.
