HPLC: NEW APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF ALIPHATIC HYDROCARBONES WITH LONG CHAIN
Vít, Martin ; Vrkoslav, Vladimír (advisor) ; Schwarzová, Karolina (referee)
The aim of this diplom thesis was development of the reverse phased high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) for analysis the aliphatic hydrocarbons with long chain and optimalization of this method. In theoretical part is described occurrence and properties of a hydrocarbons, also used separation methods and detectors - evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization with time of flight analyzer. In experimental part is described izolation of cuticular hydrocarbons from a fly Neobellieria bullata. It was study experimental conditions of separation and detection izolated hydrocarbons. It was performed deep optimalization of conditions on RP-HPLC - composition of mobile phase, gradient, mobile phase flow rate and column temperature. Method optimalization was done by ELSD. It was used kombination of two solvents to mobile phase - acetonitrile : ethylacetate, mobile phase stream 0,8 ml/min and column temperature 50řC were found as optimal conditions for analytical separation. This method were aplicated for analysis cuticular hydrocarbons from fly specie Neobellieria bullata. During separation were collected fractions and then fractions were determined on MALDI-TOF. It was found 37 aliphatic hydrocarbons which included 25 up to 47 carbons and 0 to 3...

Dance and Percussions
Stehlík, Miroslav ; DIATTA-REBCOVÁ, Monika (advisor) ; VÍT, Martin (referee)
The goal of this project is to shed light on the development of rhythmic thinking and its relation to dance and to define influence of non-European culture areas on contemporary form of dance and pop music. The aim is to demonstrate the connection of dance and percussion instruments and put it in the context of contemporary drumming and dance practices throughout the world. Much of the thesis is devoted to playing the drum kit, percussion patterns in dance music, biomechanical issues of playing a drum kit, its health effects and how modern dance techniques can prevent drummer from health problems. This work also discusses the music accompaniment of modern dance classes using percussion instruments and communication between accompanist and dance teacher.
Měnová politika v meziválečném Československu
Vít, Martin ; Szobi, Pavel (advisor) ; Soběhart, Radek (referee)
The diploma work charts the evolution of monetary policy of interwar Czechoslovakia in the context of development of domestic economy. It puts emphasis on the foreign relationships. The most important sources are materials from the archives of Czech National Bank and articles of foreign authors. The goal of work is to evaluate our monetary policy from several perspectives, such as the adequacy of the then economic situation, the impact of decisions of monetary authorities on individual national economic entities, and finally determining the most important persons of Czechoslovak monetary policy.
