The thesis discusses the issues of art-oriented educational process as a means for effective application of pedagogical powers and professional competence. The selected form of art activity makes use of multilevel motivational appeal of working in a theatre company. This corresponds to the informative complexity of the chosen theme. It allows to process the information not only in terms of definitions and subsequent philosophical analysis, but also by experiential practical proof. Basic research focuses on the power and competence of a teacher, which can significantly affect the predetermine social rehabilitation of the handicapped child.
