DISSERTATION TITLE Evaluation of strain demands during spinning of chosen groups of fitness centre clients. GOALS The goal of this dissertation is the evaluation of strain demands during spinning, of chosen groups of fitness centre clients and the evaluation of fitness changes after a three-month interventional training program. METHOD This dissertation has been compiled in the form of experimental quantitative research. Research has been done in standard conditions with minimizing external influence (spinning hall). The chosen groups are clients from Marianske Lazne and Prague, who regularly visit spinning lessons 1 -2 times a week. RESULTS While evaluating the results of the measured group during the three-month interventional training, fitness of the individual measured groups showed recorded increases as well as decreases. Decreasing average cardiac rate, consequently increasing body fitness, was recorded for men. On the contrary for women, increasing average cardiac rate was recorded and consequently decreasing body fitness. Setting up communication on social networking sites for Becherovka Original brand

The theme of this thesis is the use of social networking as a marketing tool. The aim is to describe the possibilities of working with various social networks, the role of an agency as a creator of content of a brand and describe the phases of the preparation of communication. The thesis shows the formation of communication on a specific example of Becherovka Original brand, where in the final part of the text the thesis compares the two periods of creation and aims to provide relevant communication evaluation with recommendations for further communication.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the basic digital advertising agency employee workflow, to describe the various stages of the process and related sub-tasks referring to the project as a whole. Thesis compares the classical and modern approaches to management practice and leads to defining the most useful of those. Relative to social, cultural and technological drifts, it describes the most typical specificities for digital media sphere.
Economic aspects of pop culture

The work is focused on finding the difference between high and low culture as a primary distribution in comparison with cultural theorists, critics and social scientists dealing with this issue. The aim is to find out what makes each culture to its choice of recipients, which marketing ways and other factors affecting the recipients and instruments through which this happens. Reported conclusions should analyze the economic substance of pop culture, charting its future development because of society's economic decisions.
