Internet Offer of Accommodation in a private Properties as a new Trend in Tourism

This bachelor thesis describes the new trend of Tourism, which is the Internet Offer of Accommodation in private Properties. Because of modern technology, the possibility of accommodation with private hosts becomes very popular and is spread throughout the world. In the first part, this thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts related to tourism, accommodation services and sharing economy. The practical part assesses the current situation of accommodation services and another part is a case study of company Airbnb, which acts as an intermediary between supply and demand of private accommodation. The thesis includes a survey, which examines the popularity of these services and provides opinions from perspective of the guest and the host. The final part implies the appreciation potential of this new trend.
Agritourism focusing on South Bohemian Region

The theme of the bachelor thesis is agri-tourism as regards of business opportunities for privately employed farmers. The theoretical part presents the views of experts on tourism and their assessment of business conditions in the area. Work conceives the issue from a broader perspective so. Rural tourism, which is still in our tradition. Its development after the Second World War stopped on time, so then in the sixties and seventies, people again this tradition continue in its own way. In those years the city's population began to buy and renovate rural houses and with it also certainly change the character of rural communities. Popularity rural tourism illustrate the results of the survey, which is the content of the practical part. Respondentskou second group are farmers operating in tourism and agro-tourism offering to its farmách.Results of interviews with eight farmers frequent reveal the reasons for the slow development of this business, which returns in the evaluation spirit of the subsequent discussion. In cinclusion of work are indicate some possibilities of development of tourism and conditions of its application in the tourism market.
Business in tourism

Bachelor`s work should be used as instruction for entrepreneurial plan establishment and its implementation in tourist industry. Theoretical part is stating enumeration of legal and commercial conditions for creating new entrepreneurial entity - Travel Agency. The basic important legal regulations related to Tour Operators and Travel Agencies are given here too. The business tenet respecting ethical and moral code of a businessman is also stated in the theoretical part. In the practical part I am proceeding from my own experience of a sales branch manager and from the position of a Tour Operator assistant. This Tour Operator belongs to the top ones on the Czech market. Next source of information is actual project for establishment of Travel Agency. In the practical part I evaluate theoretical part and compare it with practical experience as well as with difficulties of business plan realization- prosperous Travel Agency.
The Chosen Destination Question on the Tourist Industry Market in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of tourism in Belgium. The theoretical part is defined by the basic information such as definitions, types and other general specifics of tourism. The next part is focused on characteristic of Belgium and natural, cultural, demographic and economic conditions for tourism. Furthermore, it defines the services like a transport from the Czech Republic and accommodation and catering in Belgium. Two original tours are created in practical part and it was based on the assessment of the topical market supply.
Beer Tourism in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis solves problems of development of beer tourism in the Czech Republic, that is possible called as a one of the trends in the tourism. The main aim of thesis is offer some recommendations, that will be useful for increase of interest about beer tourism, in wider concept in the Czech Republic and more specifically in the Visitor centre Staropramen. The theoretical part is compiled from study of professional literature and from the resources on the internet and this is important for getting the view about tourism. The practical part is founded on research of questionnaire survey, for which recommendations will be got for the next development of beer tourism in the Czech Republic and strategies for growth more Czech tourists in the Visitors centre Staropramen.
Evaluation of Apple Brand in the Czech republic

The thesis covers different approaches Apple is using to attract consumers. The paper is divided in two parts. The theoretical part includes specific attributes that all together create the final brand image and it also describes the process of building of the relationship between the brand and its customers. In this part special attention is paid to marketing mix and advertisement. At the beginning of the second, practical, part there is an analysis of different elements of Apple brand image together with description of application of different components of marketing mix in practice. In particular this part describes concrete characteristics that make Apple stand out in tough market competition. Moreover the researcher made a closed questionnaire that aims to describe the relationship between Apple and its users in Czech Republic.
Issues of business logistics of company Pražská energetika, a.s.

This dissertation deals with the topic business logistics. The object of this dissertation is a proposal of a logistic model. Among the supporting goals belongs the improvement, acceleration, expense-to-revenue ratio reduction and the total increase in efficiency of the business and logistic processes in a chosen company. The chosen company is Pražská energetika, a. s. that occupies with the electricity and gas distribution in Prague and in the town Roztoky. It belongs to the main electricity supplier in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this dissertation explains and classifies concepts, e.g.: logistic development, supply, transport, storing, business logistics, distribution and logical information systems. The second part of the dissertation focuses on the trade logistic issues in the company Pražská energetika, PLC. On the basis of established information and executed surveys are drafted the solutions that can minimize the expenses and increase the efficiency of the logical and commercial model.
Modernisation of the customs clearance in EU and the Czech Republic

The thesis targeted on the area of modernization of customs clearance in the EU and the Czech Republic is focused on the specification of the systems and procedures used in the modernization of customs clearance when the electronic customs declaration is used. Mainly about the status of transition from the paper declaration to the electronic paperless customs declaration, not only in the Czech Republic but throughout the European Union. Assessment data is carried out primarily for the period between the years 2012 to 2014, in some cases, for better assessments, in the period between the years 2009 to 2014. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the situation with modernisation the customs clearance in the Czech Republic and comparing the results between chosen EU member states and the Czech Republic. The usage of the electronic Entry Summary Declarations and Exit Summary Declarations have increased several times in last two years. Implementation of systems for lodgement and processing of customs declarations for more effective and efficient control of goods within the EU member states has also very fast growing trend with very low error rate. The rate of electronically lodged customs declarations is reaching in most of the EU member states almost 100%. Numbers of customs declarations lodged within the simplified procedures in chosen EU member states is more or less stable. The last part of my thesis contains the benefits for business community as well as for the state administration
Issue of the Trade with Fair Trade Products

The objective of the thesis The issues of the trade with Fair Trade products is a proposal of stratified offer for sales support of Fair Trade products. The thesis is divided into two parts a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic issues of Fair Trade and is focused on one of the fair trade products - coffee. The practical part concentrates on the drugstore dm drogerie and is mainly based on a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey revealed that randomly selected respondents are mostly unaware of Fair Trade products, and if they do know them, they can be further divided into two groups: those who buy them and those who do not. The ones who buy them spend approximately 100 CZK per month and the ones who do not buy these products stated that the main reason for not doing so was the misnomer in stores. Based on the results, a proposal for sales support for the entire Pardubický region was presented, together with the drugstore dm drogerie, using the tools for sales support such as leaflets, multipacks, bonuses, advertisement and much more.
Ethical problems of the marketing communication in terms of body image

The thesis is focused on an issue of attainable beauty ideal and its possible negative consequences mainly on adolescent audience. It also deals with the possible ethical questions that are related to the beauty ideal with the young audience. This narrow part of the poulation was selected because of the the fact, that they are the at the biggest risk. The theoretical part describes the related experiments and also shows some examples of different approach to beauty in marketing communication. The practical part of the theses consists of two parts, questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview with the specialists in the psychology and marketing. The conclusion of the work indicates, that young people are aware of the relationship between the beauty ideal and the negative consequences, but, as the rest of the population, do not perceive this phenomenon as an ethical issue.
