Bakalářská práce je koncipována jako návod a inspirace pro vytvoření podnikatelského záměru a jeho realizaci v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část uvádí výčet právních a obchodních podmínek pro vznik nového podnikatelského subjektu - cestovní agentury. Jsou zde uvedeny základní důležité právní normy vztahující se k cestovním kancelářím a cestovním agenturám. Dále je v teoretické části zmíněn princip podnikání s ohledem na etický a morální kodex podnikatele. V praktické části pak vycházím z vlastních zkušeností vedoucího obchodní pobočky a produktového manažera cestovní kanceláře, která se řadí mezi lídry na českém trhu a dále pak z vlastního projektu založení cestovní agentury. V praktické části vyhodnocuji teoretickou část a konfrontuji ji s praktickými zkušenostmi a úskalími realizace podnikatelského záměru - prosperující cestovní agentury. Bachelor`s work should be used as instruction for entrepreneurial plan establishment and its implementation in tourist industry. Theoretical part is stating enumeration of legal and commercial conditions for creating new entrepreneurial entity - Travel Agency. The basic important legal regulations related to Tour Operators and Travel Agencies are given here too. The business tenet respecting ethical and moral code of a businessman is also stated in the theoretical part. In the practical part I am proceeding from my own experience of a sales branch manager and from the position of a Tour Operator assistant. This Tour Operator belongs to the top ones on the Czech market. Next source of information is actual project for establishment of Travel Agency. In the practical part I evaluate theoretical part and compare it with practical experience as well as with difficulties of business plan realization- prosperous Travel Agency.
