Design of rear bumper for passenger car

The Bachelor thesis deals with search about passenger car bumpers. It focuses especially on RCAR crash tests and currently used constructions of bumpers. There is suggested concept of rear bumper based on findings from the search. The concept was modeled on design study of Swell Company’s car.

Analysis of SLM production accuracy of sipes for tire molds

The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the current production of sipes by two SLM devices PXL and M2 Cusing, produced by Phenix Systems and Concept Laser companies. The samples of both machines went through the same manufacturing process and the same process of measurement and evaluation, in order to carry out comparison between individual machines. Geometric accuracy, surface roughness, mechanical properties, and material structure of the samples have been compared. For the sipes it was necessary to create a digital evaluation methodology of geometry. In the second part of the thesis, process parameters are selected on the basis of research and further their influence on surface roughness of manufactured sipes is analyzed.

The category of mood in nominal clauses in contemporary Spanish

KEY WORDS subjunctive, nominal clauses, Spanish, Czech, norm, usage ! ABSTRACT Many works and studies have been dedicated to the usage of indicative and subjuntive in Spanish. It still remains a wildly discussed topic, however, since it is interlocutor's attitude which makes the usage often differ from the codified norm. This paper focuses on the usage of indicative and/or subjuntive in nominal clauses with verbs entender, comprender, admitir, aceptar, explicar, sospechar, imaginar(se), figurarse, suponer and quejarse in the main clause. The norm, explained in the theoretical part of this work, is later confronted with the analysis of selected occurences in CRAE, i.e. the usage. Second analysis executed with paralel corpus InterCorp servers as comparison with the situation in Czech.

Bohumír Šmeral and the influence of his ideas on the origin and formation of the Communist Party (1921-1929)

Diploma thesis "Bohumír Šmeral and his influence on establishing and formation of the Communist party of Czechoslovakia (1921-1929)" is fosused on political ideology, which was worked out by czechoslovak politcian Bohumír Šmeral before II. World war. Diploma thesis deals with analyzing of influence of his ideology on a real polical activities of the Communist party of Czechoslovakia and its position in czechoslovak political system between years 1921-1929. The core of the diploma thesis includes especially the position of the Communist party of Czechoslovakia in relation to Czechoslovakia, its political programme focused on position of nationalities in Czechoslovakia and its internal organization that was the point, which emphasizes conflicts Šmeral 's ideology and ideology of Second international. The development of Šmeral 's ideology in the 20's was descibed in a chronological way. Short parts of the diploma thesis also includes mentions about previous and following periods, because it helps to understand to Šmeral 's ideology in its historic context and to interpret his works comming from analyzed period. The initiation of ciriminal prosecution and actions realised before initiation of criminal prosecution

The initiation of criminal prosecution The reason for my thesis, is to analyse the procedure of initiation of criminal prosecution and acts of preliminary hearing that are connected to it. The stress will be put on problematic details of current legislation and conceptions created during the procedure of recodification of criminal procedure in the Czech republic.The thesis is divided into seven chapters, which analyse the initiation of criminal prosecution from different points of view and as a result describe the initiation of criminal prosecution as one of the most important proceduralal acts of whole criminal procedure. The firs chapter is focused on historical development of the initiation of criminal prosecution between years 1962 - 20116, especially its form, organization and systhematical position.
