The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The bachelor thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management, contains information about life cycle of the project, about contractual relations between projectsand its sources. In the practical part describes the preparation and management of the public order for school construction. The output of the practical part is a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan.

I also describe developers their activities and types of the development projects. I focus on the possibilites of financing these project and risk. In the practical part U present development project its individual parts and finally describe the risk project. The work also contains an analysis of the development logistics market in the Czech Republic focused mainl on the last three years.

Street Dance Elements in Movement theatre

This thesis includes analysis and opinions on how to use elements of Street Dance styles in movement theatre. It contains the definition of the term and brief history of Street Dance. There are many different styles of this dance, therefore the meaning of my thesis is not to describe all of them, but to concentrate on specific ones, which are being combined with movement theatre and are connected with my personal experience with them. I will point out the usage of these styles in the latest performances and will also explain my personal author‘s opinion on the topic.

Concept NADĚJE ('hope') in Václav Havel's Work

This bachelor thesis examines the concept of hope in selected texts of Václav Havel using theoretical methodological principles of cognitive linguistics and ethnolinguistic. After an introduction to basic themes of cognitive linguistics this thesis explores the linguistic image of hope in Czech language by using dictionary data analysis. Subsequently, the focus shifts to conceptualization of hope in Havel's texts, semantic frameworks where hope features prominently, and to the relationship of hope to related concepts. In the conclusion the concept of hope is put into broader context of Havel's work. Arguments why the term hope can be counted amongst Havel's keywords are duly provided. This thesis is inspired in particular by the work of David S. Danaher and his comparative ethnolinguistic analyses of selected Havel's terms.

Analysis of the training process in the international business

The thesis examines the issue of training and development from a theoretical point of view, then from a practical point of view in two selected international companies (operating in the fields of banking and logistics). The thesis also discusses a problems of European structural funds, especially the request for education projects of an Operational program of the CR "Lidske zdroje a zamestnanost". The theoretical part describes the phases of the educational process: the identification of training needs, education planning, implementation phase and is greatly accentuated phase measurement and monitoring of the effectiveness of training. This work examines new trends in education and development of employees in 2010. The practical part of the bank monitors and evaluates the process of systematic training and use of competency models, practical part in the logistics proposes educational activities under conditions of low input costs - notably through training internal trainers.

Komparace transformačního vývoje a dosažený stupeň konvergence

Cílem této práce je tedy porovnat transformační procesy ve třech zemích, Polsku, Maďarsku a v České republice a zhodnotit, jak se těmto třem zemím podařilo za přibližně osmnáct let sladit svou ekonomickou výkonnost. Transformačním procesem lze projít dvěma cestami: strategií organického rozvoje, nebo cestou rychlé privatizace. Jedná se tedy o spor gradualistů s radikály (gradual v angličtině znamená postupný, poznenáhlý). První postup, který byl použit v Maďarsku, bývá vyzdvihován za cestu ke zdravému růstu soukromého sektoru, na druhé straně kritizován za pomalost a populistické chování. Strategie rychlé privatizace, kterou aplikovala česká a polská vláda, je považována za snahu rychle položit tržní základy a v krátkém období přesunout státní majetek do soukromých rukou, bývá však i odsuzován a často považován za zbrklou snahu o co nejrychlejší se zbavení státního majetku.
