Data standard of the health information systems

This magister's project deals with national data standard of Czech republic DaSta. First part describes this standard and its compare to foreign standard HL7. Next part of this project deals with security of the data electronic communication between health facilities in Internet. Last part applies to acces to medical information system CLINICOM in educational instalation and health registers followed by implementation of database CLINICOM via CSP for display diagnosis and for reports to the Nation Medicine Registry of Inpatients. Lastly program utilities are discussed.

Diploma thesis „Company Motivation System and Proposals for Its Improvement” analyses the specific Company’s motivation system. Using the questionnaire, the employees’ satisfaction with the current system and the level of their motivation are surveyed. Based on the findings and the motivation theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to enhance the motivation system of the Company, desirably motivated employees and their performance increase.

Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation company. Methods of financial analysis are used for evaluating the financial situation. At first, the aims of the thesis will be stated, then the theoretical part of the thesis will follow, where the methods of financial analysis will be defined and in the analytical part these methods will be put into practice. Furthermore, the company on which the analysis is based will be introduced and then analyse will follow. At the end of the thesis, author´s own suggestions for improvement of the financial situation will be introduced.

Wavelet Wiener filter of ECG signals

The aim of this work is introduction with method of filtering the ECG signals using wavelet transformation and use of this method for filtering of signal disturbed with myopotencials. The work deals with general properties and with genesis of ECG signals and describes ECG curve. Next part of work is focused on wavelet transformation, types of wavelet transformation and different methods calculation thresholds and thresholding. Design part of work is focused on design Wiener filter for remove myopotencials from ECG signals and finding optimal parameters of this filter using optimization algorithm. For optimization is used simplex method. Discovered optimal parameters are assessed on CSE and MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database and compared with results of other authors.

Measurement of third harmonic generation efficiency in semiconductor nanocrystals

The goal of this work was to observe third harmonic generation in semiconductor nanocrystals and to determine the efficiency of this nonlinear-optical phenomenon. Samples used for examination included silicon, diamond and zinc oxide nanocrystals. Using the measured efficiency of third harmonic generation and the parameters of infrared laser pulses used for the generation, we were able to determine the approximate value of the third order nonlinear susceptibility of the materials used in this study. Besides third harmonic generation we observed high harmonic generation in zinc oxide samples up to the ninth order.

Photometric analysis of CzeV371

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the light curve of eclipsing binary called CzeV 371 Aur by program PHOEBE. The data were collected during five years, each season is analysed separately. This binary is a detached system consisting of two main sequence stars of the spectral type K with the period of 0,90696 days. Other parameters of this system are the inclination i = 85, 19◦ or the tem- perature of the secondary component T2 = 4060 K assuming the temperature of the primary component T1 = 4200 K. This system is interesting for asym- metries on the light curve, which are changing during the years. These can be interpreted as a spot on the primary compoment. According to the character and the rate of its changes, we can say that it is probably not the same spot in all seasons, but it is rather a group of smaller short-lived spots. 1

Srubová stavba rekreačního objektu

Thesis contains draft of loghouse. Project documentation is made for realization of loghouse recreational object type, which is placet Nera Hamerske lake. The draft is designed to follow valid regulations and related standards. For the respektive separate standing building, designed in the thesis, is chosen a suitable piece of land which the building is equipped according to standrads ČSN 73 4301- The distances between buildings. The loghouse is installed into the grand (for wooden building) by unconventional way of establishment underground od reinforced concrete bored piles, because its located near water area. Disposition of this work is dealt in accordance with valid hygienic regulations and standards following requests of future user of recreational object. At designed building is solving critical deatils resulting from the structural design and actual characteristics of wood. Emphasis is placed on details, which ensure right function of wood building as for example installation of the window in loghouse contruction or insulation of plinth.
