Sports centre in Velké Meziříčí
Sedláček, Adam ; Sedlák, Radek (referee) ; Benešová, Romana (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new sports center with a specialization in the field of health technology. The building will be located in the town of Velké Meziříčí, on the street Školní and will be located on the plot 5917/16 with a total area of 17 820,2 m2. The total built-up area of the proposed building is 919,88 m2. The object is designed as stand-alone. It has a ragged shape, which consists of three adjoining rectangles, has two above ground floors with a partial basement. The building will be based on concrete foundation girders. The support system is chosen as a brick longitudinal with reinforcing walls. Perimeter masonry will be designed from cut ceramic blocks in above-ground floors and lost formwork in the basement. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels. The entire building is designed with a ventilated facade of two types of cement-bonded slabs. The grille of the ventilated facade will be made of glass fiber fiberglass. The roof of the building is designed as flat single-skinned. The building is designed for sports, including a sports bar and a clubhouse, which are open to the general public. There are 40 parking spaces, of which 3 for people with reduced mobility. During processing the emphasis was put on the appropriate layout, building-technical and architectural design and safe use of the building.
The family house in Křižanov
Sedláček, Adam ; Janíček, Vít (referee) ; Benešová, Romana (advisor)
The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of family house design documentation. The building is located in the township of Křižanov on plot number 1614/1. The total area is 2766 m2. It is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on flat terrain, designed for 4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined by clay blocks from the Heluz and they are based on the cocretefoundation strips. The ceiling constructions are made of Heluz system of ceramic inlays MIAKO and POT beams. The roof is combination of shed roofs and trusses. Roof cladding is designed by asphalt shingles SUPER KATEPAL dark grey. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Part of this building is a garage for a one car and outdoor covered parking for another one car.
Problem Encoding Methods in Evolutionary Design of Combinational Circuits
Sedláček, Adam ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sekanina, Lukáš (advisor)
The thesis compares two different approaches to combinational circuit encoding for automated circuit design which uses evolutionary algorithms. The comparison was made between cartesian genetic programming and circuit represented in the algebraic normal form. Both methods were evaluated on a chosen set of circuits. The first test case criterion was the convergence of each particular method. The second optimization criterion was the area used on a chip. For accelerating the evaluation of fitness a parallel simulation was used. Implementation is in programming language C++ with Boost library. The pros and cons of both methods are summarised at the end of this work.
Information System for Management of Participatory Budgeting
Sedláček, Aleš ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create an information system for the participatory budgeting that the citizens could use to influence the development of their surroundings. The system allows them to suggest their own ideas how to improve their surroundings or to carry out an event with the money provided from the municipality's budget.   I solved the chosen problem in a way that aims to connect citizens with the council and thus, improve the communication with the public. A citizen can play the role of a proposer or a voter in the system. The proposer submits a detailed proposal which includes a name, place of execution, description, photos and more. Furthermore, if it receives sufficient support from the voters and the result of the feasibility analysis is positive, the project can be performed.   In practice, I created a system that I consulted with members of the Ostrava-Svinov municipal district council. I was allowed to conduct a survey of the citizens opinions. However, the web application was not developed specifically for one municipality, it can also be used by other entities that would be interested.

The issue of lithium in waters in Czech Republic
Sedláček, Alexandr ; Hrkal, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Datel, Josef (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to present a survey on the genesis and the occurrence of lithium in rock environment in the Czech Republic on the basis of Czech and foreign literature. The thesis delineates the most important localities with the occurrence of lithium compounds along with the current condition of these deposits. In the second part of the thesis, I composed similar research of all accessible studies dealing with the problematics of the presence of lithium in drinking water and its impact on the health of the population. At the end of the thesis, I created a proposal for water management monitoring. Its aim is to obtain the most accurate data of lithium levels in drinking water and of the amount in which it is consumed by the monitored subjects. The monitoring was designed so that the output data could be compared with medical records of the monitored population and the exact relationship between the concentration of lithium and its impact on human health could be determined.

Machine mechanisms and their modelling
Havelka, Filip ; Šleger, Vladimír (advisor) ; Sedláček, Aleš (referee)
The main topic of my thesis is creating a model of a crank mechanism in two different CAD programs suitable for constructing, implementing kinematic and dynamic analysis and comparing the procedures and results. In the first part I focus on the history and presence of CAD systems, 3D modeling in general, 3D modeling in real situations and utilizing created models. In the second part I choose a mechanism which I design then in two selected CAD programs. I will describe and compare the process of designing in these programs. I also describe construction, design principle and types of crank mechanisms. Then I will describe possibilities of analysis in both programs. Other chapter deal with the dynamic and kinematic analysis of the selected mechanism. The thesis is closed by evaluating the results.
