Bachelor thesis is focused to improve marketing communication for a alcohol delivery company. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts in marketing and communication. The analytical part deals with the current state of the company, determining possible shortcomings and then a proposal to improve the company's marketing communication. Improving marketing communication should help attract new customers.

The use of monitoring and filtering software at lower secondary school and its pedagogical impacts

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to map what are the possibilities and limits of using monitoring and filtering software in primary schools. To find out their advantages and disadvantages, focus mainly on the role they have during teaching and describe the programs that schools use. Discover what type of filter they are using in school network and which specific areas of the site they focus on when filtering the network. In the research, the researcher examined more cases, so he chose a multi-case studies. This knowledge was achieved by studying the relevant literature, which focused on what these software can do, and the knowledge of schools that already use these technologies in teaching, this helped in understanding the issue .He further analyzed the findings and compared them in order to achieve the most accurate view of the issue. Research has shown that schools often use similar solutions to these problems, and that the great majority of their experience with these software is positive. This work can show schools that do not yet use these technologies the issue and limits of these technologies for education in practice.

Throwing Events in Combined Events

Title: Throwing Events in Combined Events Aim: The aim of this thesis is to assess the level of A.S.Helcet's and A Nejedlý's technical skills in decathlon throwing events on the basis of videoanalysis of a spot throw and a complex throw. Next aim is to describe the possible use of Pedar X for discus throw and shot put technique assessment. Finally, the last aim is to find differences between performance of the complex throw and the spot throw attempts. Methods: For gathering the data we used experiment, observation, and measurument of the attempts. After creating kinograms from scanned attempts we analysed body segments in a particular movement phase and simultaneously monitored the feet pressure on the mat. Finally we compared the data of both probands. Results: While studying the kinograms we found deficiencies in the movement process such as the inability to establish the double-support position, imperfect left leg support while throwing and premature body rotation in the throwing direction. The differences in the feet pressure development were noticable between the spot throw and the complex throw, therefore we recommend to increase the number of complex throw attempts at the expense of the spot throws. Technique variability in combined events

TECHNIQUE VARIABILITY IN COMBINED EVENTS Thesis objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out a level of movement differentiation of multi-event competitors of different performance which is shown in mastering the technique of partucular decathlon events. The next aim is to point out the important aspects in technique, to refer to some imperfection and to characterize some individual distinctiveness. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and observation for analyzing the photo sequences and a method of comparison while assessing the level of technique differentiation in decathlon field events. Results: In spite of the fact that J. Ryba's decathlon performane is worse, we found out that , in comparison with D. Sazima, J.Ryba has a slightly prevailing ability of movement differentiation in key technique moments. Key words: event, decathlon, sports technique

The goal of the thesis Business valuation of PETROF, spol. s r.o. is to determine the market value of the company as at 1st January 2016. The thesis is divided among six parts. In the first part the company is introduced. Next parts are concerned by financial and strategic analysis of the company to assess over financial health and internal and external potential. Following part is analysis of value drivers which are crucial for creating of the financial plan. The final part is the valuation of the company by using of the DCF Entity method. Determined value is compared and evaluated by the comparison of EV/EBITDA multiple.

The influence of planned project KIC Odpady (WtE) in Karviná city on residents' attitude and the strength of NIMBY effect

Although there is, in general, a significant level of support of projects related to use of renewable resources, in fact realization of the specific projects usually meets with negative attitude of local residents. This negative attitude is often called as NIMBY ("not in my backyard") effect without further research of particular causes. Therefore, in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis NIMBY effect is defined, as well as various attitudes to its interpretation in literature and also the effect of various compensation on changing residents' attitude. In the practical part, this diploma thesis analyses residents' attitude, the existence and strength of NIMBY effect and the effect of compensation on changing residents attitude towards the specific planned project of building WtE in Karviná city (KIC). The results of this analyzation show, that NIMBY effect is detected, but at the same time it is not the main cause of the negative attitude of residents. Moreover, it has been found out, that the offered compensation have not any important influence on the change of residents' attitude.
