Processing of Operating Load Data for Electrodynamic Test Bench
Prouza, Jiří ; Němec, Martin (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with data processing for an electrodynamic test bench. The thesis presents a theoretical overview of signal distribution, determination of fatigue damage from random vibrations and a description of test benches. The next part deals with setting up the test time reduction in GlyphWorks software. The aim of this thesis is to process and create a procedure for an accelerated fatigue test from data measured during an operational test on a polygon. The data are then verified on an electrodynamic test rig using a Skoda Auto dynamic test room. The final part of the thesis contains data evaluation and a guide explaining how to easily create a test in the relevant software.
Sensors and Actuators for Combustion Engines
Prouza, Jiří ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is concerned with a summary of the most important sensors and control members which are used for combustion engine. There is a description of the construction and the principle of function of each sensor and member in this thesis. The first part of this thesis is concerned with sensors, which scan a condition and a course of activities in an engine, transform them to a signal and afterwards send them to the control unit, so it could process them. In the second part of this thesis there is a description of control members which process information from the control unit and afterwards transform them to a mechanical movement.
Notice of termination of employment relationship
Prouza, Jiří ; Štangová, Věra (advisor) ; Vysokajová, Margerita (referee)
The thesis deals with notice of termination of employment relationship. It aims not only to analyse current Czech legislation including existing case law, but also to outline possible proposals of amendments (de lege ferenda considerations). It consists of eight chapters. The first chapter is concerned with general issues of labour law - its concept and function, its role in legal system, its relation to civil law and directory or mandatory nature of labour law rules. The second chapter provides a basic analysis of further ways of termination of employment relationship, which are further legal acts leading to termination of employment (i.e. agreement on termination of employment, instant termination of employment, termination of employment during the probationary period), termination of employment on the basis of an official decision and termination of employment by legal events. The third chapter to the sixth chapter deals with current Czech legislation regulating notice of termination of employment and with further related issues - prohibition of notice of termination during protective period and exemptions from this prohibition (chapter 4), invalidity of notice of termination (chapter 5) and employer's obligations consequent upon termination of employment (chapter 6). The third chapter mainly...

The French Revolution and historiography
Prouza, Jiří ; Kučera, Jan (advisor) ; Perottino, Michel (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the historiography of the French revolution. It traces its development since the very beginning until nowadays. It aims to explain key approaches and trends of interpretations of this fundamental event in European and world history. First chapter is concerned with early interpretations - conservative, liberalistic, republican and socialistic, which all mainly arose out of political beliefs of their authors and therefore each of those tried to discover rather the political than the historical "truth". Second chapter focuses on the Marxist view, that dominated in the revolutionary historiography during the 20th century. In the 1960s and 1970s Anglo-American historians (e.g. Cobban, Taylor, Palmer) began to dispute the crucial thoughts of the Marxist historians - concept of the bourgeois revolution, class-struggle and socioeconomic determinism, that were spread above all by Soboul. "Revisionism" moved to the French historiography (esp. Furet) soon after. This approach is described in the third chapter. The revisionist historians finally overthrew the Marxist orthodoxy in the 1980s; however, the historical discussion on the French revolution has continued. Since the revolutionary historiography emancipated from the Marxist dogmatism, it attracted the attention of other...
