Hodnocení bankovní výkonnosti

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of evaluating the banking per-formance of large and small banks in the Czech Republic in the period from 2018 to 2022. The main goal of the thesis is to compare the financial performance of large and small banks operating in the Czech Republic, to find out factors causing the difference in performance and the sources of profitability of these two groups of banks. A financial analysis is performed to evaluate the financial performance of the selected banks. As part of this analysis, indicators of profitability, capital adequacy, quality of the loan portfolio, as well as indicators of bank productivity and cost intensity are used. ČSOB, Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka are ana-lyzed as representatives of the group of large banks. The group of small banks is represented by Air Bank, Fio banka and Banka CREDITAS. Finally, the results of the application part of the work are compared with professional studies of other authors.

This bachelor thesis deals with public procurement. In the theoretical part of the thesis, this topic is discussed according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts. This part also explains the basic terms and procedures for public procurement. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the award of public contracts of a specific contracting authority, which is the municipality of Ostopovice. It also includes an analysis of a selected model of public procurement in this municipality and also an analysis of the contracting authority’s procedure. The thesis assesses the structure of companies as bidders for public contracts and selected suppliers of municipality. Based on the findings, a recommendation is proposed in relation to the price of contracts.

The culture of violence of youth attending youth clubs

The diploma thesis focuses on the contexts of aggression occuring in the lives of youth attending the youth clubs. This group of adolescents is considered to be at the risk of high-risk behaviour. The theoretical part describes the principles of youth clubs (NZDM) and the specifics of their target group and previous research. In the theoretical part selected developmental changes taking place in adolescence are described and last but not least this part focuses on aggression - theories of its origin, forms and functions. The empirical part of the thesis describes a research conducted in 8 youth clubs (NZDM). The first part of the research dealt primarily with the question of the level of aggression among youth attending youth clubs and the data collection was carried out through use of The Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ-SF). The second part of the research consisted of conducting semi- structured interviews also with youth attending these facilities. The thesis then describes findings that emerged from both parts of the research. In particular, the higher average scores of target group in the administered questionnaires are discussed, and thus the assumed higher tendency to behave hostile towards their surroundings. Numerické řešení stlačitelného proudění

This work deals with the problem of inviscid, compressible flow in a time-dependent domain. We describe mathematical properties of the Euler equations and the system of governing equations is solved with the aid of the discontinuous Galerkin finite element method (DGFEM) in the time-indepentent domain. The main aim of this work is the study of this problem in time-dependent domains. For this reason the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method is presented. The governing equations are formulated in the ALE formulation and discretized in space and time by the DGFEM. Shortly we mention the shock capturing of the obtained scheme and the solution of the resulting linear system with the aid of Generalized Minimal Residual (GMRES) method. At the end of this work we present and compare results obtained by two different ALE formulations of the governing equations in the rectangular domain with a moving part of lower wall.

Bachelor document "Ethical tissue in the palliative car" has as a first objective to map the areas in which the categories as the death, dying, care about dying person, care about long-time ill are relevant and see them from the angle of the ethic and ethical approaches. Because of the fact of the reason to include also the view of the biomedicine results, I was using the name of tissue. Jiří Trunda Summary: This Bachelor Thesis is focused on studying the influence of the replacement of a kindergarten's director on its culture and on the character of the employees' expectations regarding the new director. In its theoretical part the thesis is aimed at describing and defining its main topics, i.e. school culture and the influence of management replacement on school culture. School culture does not change only with time or with the changes of the outside environment. The replacement of the director may significantly change both the internal and external views of the school's existing culture. The degree of the organization's employees' satisfaction as well as their opinions, procedures, working conditions, etc. are important parts of the school's culture, which change when the management is changed. The research part of the thesis describes the employees' expectations after the director of the observed nursery has been replaced and their attitude to the change. There is also a results analysis which describes the common aspects brought by the change.

Multidisciplinary team in the Implementation of Centres of Mental Health

This bachelor thesis deals with multidisciplinary teams of Centres of Mental Health, which are built within the implementation of the Reform of the psychiatric care system in the Czech Republic. One of the aims of this work is to find out the role of Centres of Mental Health and their multidisciplinary teams in the system of care for people with mental illness. The thesis also aims to find out how this new element of psychiatric care system in the Czech republic works in practice. The implementation and functioning of multidisciplinary teams are viewed from the perspective of their members, with whom seven interviews were conducted. Based on the testimonies of the interviewees, the theses presents the benefits of working in a multidisciplinary team with a target group of people with mental illnesses. In addition to the benefits of working in such teams, also the complications, which the staff experiences are discussed.
