History and Present of the Home for visually impaired people Palata

My bachelor s thesis on the History and Present of the Home for visually impaired people Palata has been conceived as a complex statement. I divided it into three parts, each of them dealing with specific areas. The first part is dedicated to the history of the home. I mention not only important dates, persons, foundation documents, methods of working with inmates but also financing of the institution or political interests which influenced the life of inhabitants and staff. The second part is focused on contemporary run of the Palata. I talk about the objectives and tasks, conditions of acceptance of clients, as well as current methods of work with clients, above standard activities, organizational structure or entirelly fundamental reconstruction of the building. In the third part I deal with case studies, which I divided into four sections - visual impairment, childhood, adulthood and old age. Palata surveyed clients differ in the type of disability, whereas one has been blind since childhood, the other since old age, the third has a specific combination, she is deaf-blind. Each case report is unique and original.

Realization of safety behaviour in school departments

Diplomová práce na téma Ochranná výchova ve školských zařízeních, je pojata jako komplexní přehled výkonu ochranné výchovy. Přehled je rozdělen do tří částí, které se zabývají vždy konkrétní oblastí. První část je věnována upřesnění základních pojmů, které se v celé práci prolínají. Dále jsou rozdělena jednotlivá opatření podle jejich druhů, a to na výchovná, ochranná a trestní opatření. Druhá část je soustředěna na ochrannou výchovu, rozebranou z různých hledisek. Jedná se o charakteristiku pojmu, uložení a podmínky ochranné výchovy, doba jejího trvání, výkon ochranné výchovy, kombinace s jinými opatřeními, rovněž i upuštění nebo propuštění z ochranné výchovy. Tato část se také zabývá přeměnou ochranné výchovy a ústavní výchovy. Uvádí se její podmínky, rozhodnutí soudu pro mládež, výkon i upuštění od přeměny ústavní výchovy a ochranné výchovy. Ve třetí části je uveden výkon ochranné výchovy ve školských zařízeních, z pohledu účelu a působnosti, poskytování přímého plného zaopatřování nebo výchovného ústavu. Na tuto část navazuje kapitola realizace ochranné výchovy ve výchovném ústavu Klíčov, kde jsou uvedeny, jak základní informace o tomto zařízení, ale rovněž činnosti ústavu nebo charakteristika jednotlivých oddělení. Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis after knee arthroscopy

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis after knee arthroscopy. Objective: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics of the knee joint and physiotherapy techniques used for this diagnosis. In the special section has been selected to develop a case study patient during work placements. Method: The general part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint in terms of anatomy and biomechanics, traumatology as well as soft knee imaging, clinical examination, knee and therapeutic procedures. A special section covers the case of a patient, where it is processed history, input kinesiology analysis, process therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: Increasing the range of motion and muscle strength, eliminate swelling operated leg. Key words: Knee joint, meniscus, arthroscopy, case study, physiotherapy, rehabilitation.

Statistical analysis of selected demographic indicators

This bachelor thesis deals with statistical analysis of demographic indicators of nuptiality and divorce rates in all the 14 regions of the Czech Republic in 2000-2015. The theoretical part is focused on basic characteristics of demography, history of demography in the world and in the Czech Republic, the sources of demographic data also focused on selected demographic indicators. For data analysis are used elementary characteristics of time series. In this work is analyzed the evolution of the average population, the number of marriages and divorces, the crude marriage and divorce rate, the average age at first marriage and divorce, duration of marriage and number of divorces per new marriage. The thesis describes the differences in development between regions in terms of marriage and divorce, and the causes and consequences of the evolution of these demographic indicators. All data for statistical analysis were obtained from yearbooks published on the website of the Czech Statistical Office. The results are illustrated using graphs and maps for better clarity.

Unemployment and risk groups in the labor market in the Pardubice region

The thesis deals with the problems of unemployment, focusing on unemployment risk groups on the labour market in a particular region. Pardubice region is the selected region. Analysis of unemployment is made for the period 2000-2015. The position of the Pardubice region is specified as part of a nationwide trend. The basic Elementary characteristics of the time series are used to determine the basic trends in the developments of indicators. In the next part of the work a questionnnaire survey is made among the residents of the selected area, which is a survey of views on unemployment in residence place and personal experience with unemployment and employment

Analysis of tourism development in Europe and its perspectives

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of tourism in Europe during a time period of years 1995-2015. The aim is evalution the development of tourism in European countries using statistical methods - cluster analysis and time series analysis. Review of literature contains a description of the development and importance of tourism, factors affecting tourism in Europe and the definition of European tourist areas. In the first of practical part of the thesis is analyzed tourism in European countries, according to the indicator of total contribution to GDP and total employment for the years 1995 and 2015, according to indicators, the share of international arrivals and the share of revenues from international tourism in the European region. The second part examines the evolution of tourism in selected European countries - the Czech Republic, Croatia and Poland, according to the indicators, the share of tourism in GDP, the number of arrivals of residents and non-residents and a number of accommodation establishments in the years 1995-2013. In conclusion, the results of all analyzes and determine the prospects of European tourism in the coming years.

The living standards of Czech households

The aim of the Diploma Thesis was to evaluate the contemporary state of the living standards of the households in the Czech Republic. The sources were statistical data on the one hand, on the other hand, there was the point of view of the Czech inhabitants. The theoretical part consists of the basic definitions summary, explanations of the diverse attitudes to evaluation of the living standards and description of indicators that influence the process of living standards. The practical part analyses the living standards development based on the data from the Czech Statistical Office. Alongside, there were used data from the Czech Social Science Data Archiv. The data were acquired in the public opinion poll Our Society 2015 executed by the Public Opinion Research Center. There was ascertained, that the living standard of the households in the Czech Republic is growing. There was also discovered, which factors influence the living standards and in which way. The final part provides the appraisal of the results.

Analysis of trends in the number and structure of the insured in the Czech Republic

The topic of the thesis is analysis of number and structure development of insured people in Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is defined by terms related to relevant topic. The second part of the thesis is focused on statistical analysis of selected indicators of development of structure and insured people from 2004 to 2014, done by methods of elementary characteristic of time series, trend functions and extrapolation of statistical analyzes. The last part of the thesis is based on values obtained by statistical analysis of single indicators and provides a complete overview of the number of people insured by selected insurance companies, on which basis an estimation of future trends of number of insured people is done.
