Sports center in Hradec Králové. The Sports center area accommodates various sport opportunities such as: squash, fitness area, climbing wall, sauna, massages and a possibility for other activities. The Sports center also includes refreshments – a with summer garden overlooking the grounds. It is two stories high, climbing wall is three stories high and squash is 1,5 m below the ground made with brick system Heluz with flat roof. There is a comfort for the visitors thanks to the air-conditioning in the object.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
Alternative ways of eating and attitude to them in the general public

This bachelor thesis is focused on alternative ways of eating, their knowledge and attitude to them in the general public. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part presents general nutritional recommendations for adults in the Czech Republic and describes the basic components of nutrition, which should be included in a healthy rational diet. It also discusses the most common reasons why some people prefer an alternative diet. Furthermore the thesis describes two popular alternative diets, including their positive and negative aspects. The practical part is developed on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire survey. The relationship of respondents to a healthy lifestyle, their knowledge and opinion on alternative dietetics was ascertained. The research also included several questions focused on the respondents' own experiences with alternative diets. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to measure the awareness people across different generations have about alternative dietetics, how they perceive it and to find out about their personal experiences with it. Monitoring of carbohydrate income in sportsmen's diet

The topic of my master thesis is monitoring of carbohydrate intake in sportsmen's diet. In the thesis, intake of carbohydrates as well as other macronutrients is monitored in order to evaluate, if athletes prefer other energy sources to carbohydrates and if their total energy intake is sufficient. If athletes prefer easily digestible carbohydrates or if they follow recommendation for healthy diet and increase their intake of whole foods, legumes, fruits and vegetables can be evaluated by monitoring fiber and sugar intake. All the monitored data are compared with non-athletes in order to see, in which field their diets vary. In the theoretical part, principles of sports nutrition are defined, basics of population recommendations are mentioned and methods of nutritional assessment and energy expenditure estimation are explained. In the practical part, five-day food-diaries of athletes and non-athletes are evaluated by NutriPro Expert software. Five-day physical activity diaries recorded during the same days are evaluated by using the Compendium of Physical Activities. All the studied values (energy intake, energy expenditure, carbohydrate, fat, protein, sugar, fiber and alcohol intake) were compared to recommended values for athletes and non- athletes and further compared among these two groups. Meeting nutrition standards for school meals in primary schools and its relation to different conditions

This bachelor thesis pursues the topic of the relationship between meeting the nutrition standards for Czech school dining system and final nutrition values of the meals. It also pursues, which types of food fulfill the consumer's basket the most. The theoretical section mentiones the rules of children's healthy nutrition in the age of 7-11 in terms of general and school eating habits. Laws relating to school dining system are also described. In the end of this section are mentioned projects that pursue the school dinig system in the Czech Republic. The practical section evaluates the proportions of macronutrients and salt content in school meals. It also evaluates the way of meeting the nutrition standads for school meals in 15 school canteens from 4 regions in the Czech Republic. The survey was accomplished by evaluating canteens' stock issue slips and comparing them to a statement of meeting the nutrition standards in 1 month. It was discovered that the macronutrient content doesn't match the rules of children's nutrition in most of the cases and that the salt intake from school meals is too high. Sport in leisure of Dobříš town citizens

Name: Sports in leisure of Dobříš town citizens Goals: The main objective of this thesis is to find out what is the role of sport in leisure activities of citizens of Dobříš. The second goal is to obtain information about which means are used to support sports activities of citizens by city leaders. Methods: In my work, I use methods of empirical social research. I chose a quantitative method of questionnaire survey and qualitative semi-structured interview method because I'm interested in people's as well as the mayor's opinion. Results: The local sports situation has been assessed and analyzed. Thanks to the questionnaire survey, citizens' views on the issues of sports possibilities in Dobříš, their attitude and participation in sport were identified. The data are interpreted and displayed in tables and graphs in a result section, as well as an interview with the mayor. Name: Customer satisfaction with services of Oxygen fitness center Goals: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine how clients of the Oxygen fitness center are satisfied with the provided services and to find gaps in offered services and to find out chat clients would like to improve or change and suggest possible steps leading in higher customer satisfaction. Methods: In my bachelor thesis I used observation method to collect data. The main diagnostic tool was a questionnaire based on SERVQUAL method. The SERQUAL method serves as tool to measure quality of services and is used to rate customer satisfaction.
