Design a methodical approach to work with SIT at the regional level of the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the question of Shadow IT (hereinafter referred to as SIT) in Public Administration in the Czech Republic at a regional level. The main target of the thesis is to design a methodical approach to work with SIT at the regional level of the Czech Republic based on case study. This design can be proposed based on milestones and defining research questions and issues characterizing the SIT. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part defines a goal of the thesis and reasons for the selection, limitations and expected outcomes of the thesis. The theoretical part is characterized by the concept of Shadow IT and Public Administration of the Czech Republic in general. This part is followed by practical block, where methods of data collection are specified and the results of research questions presented. Processed methodology for working with Shadow IT in Public Administration of the Czech Republic at the regional level is described in the last part. The benefit of this thesis is a designed methodology for working with Shadow IT in Public Administration at the regional level of the Czech Republic which can help regional authorities to better understand problems of Shadow IT.

Design of IS/ICT solution to support administrative activities in general practitioner's office

This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of information systems in offices of general practitioners. The goal of the thesis is to design an IS/ICT solution based on primary analysis to support administrative activities execution in GPs offices. An introductory section contains a legislation analysis, shows results raised from consultations with a general practitioner, describes the current state of IS/ICT solutions in this field, including general assumptions related to usage of information systems. A main part of the thesis is dedicated to the design of the IS/ICT solution in form of functionality covering the most important administrative activities and its subsequent verification. The thesis primarily focuses on activities which, according to legislation, include archiving or notification requirements. The benefit of the thesis lies in the author's design of custom IS/ICT solution, as well as a summarization of available resources and personal experience of general practitioners.
mHealth a IoMT in professional sports

The following bachelor thesis is focused on implementation proposal of mHealth and IoMT elements for professional martial arts. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of mHealth implementation for professional sports in order to increase performance, better regeneration and thus prevent injury. The first section of this thesis discusses the main concepts behind mHealth, IoT, and IoMT technologies. Followed by the role of mHealth in modern healthcare, and the impacts of IoT and IoMT within the current healthcare field. The second part of theses delimits mHealth, IoMT technologies, as well as defines their roles within professional sports. The next part analyses the current overall awareness and use of these modern technologies within the field of sports. Based on the results of this analysis, the implementation itself is proposed in the next part. The last part deals with the evaluation of the success of the implementation and the benefits for the athletes.
Optimization of IT requests - ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

This bachelor thesis presents an analysis of IT requests at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The analysis was aimed at optimizing the management of IT requests. The proposed changes to the current system will not only support business processes but also ensure the consistency of the requests. Moreover, the changes will provide very intuitive and more user-friendly interface. The thesis is divided into three thematic parts. In the he first part, the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and the aims of this thesis are introduced. The second part deals with an analysis of the current system of IT requests and with data collection obtained by both the analysis and a survey of the system users. This part also summarizes the imperfections and outlines the proposed changes. The last and most important part of this thesis introduces the new system. The proposal is then validated and adjusted according to the validation. This thesis hopes to offer a team of developers tips on optimizing the request system and implementing the proposed changes.
mHealth and diabetes in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis and design of mHealth solution and its implementation in patients with diabetes. Another aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze problems, possible solutions and benefits for patients with diabetes in the Czech Republic. Based on the analysis of the process of care about a patient with the second type of diabetes a suitable solution for the implementation of mHealth is suggested. The solution is practically implemented on a specific example of the patient. In the introductory part the term mHealth is described. There is explained its effect in health care in present and what is expected in the future. It is shown its functioning in the treatment of diabetes in the Czech Republic. The second part is focused on the legislative and technological prerequisites that need to be overcome in the process of implementation mHealth. The third part is devoted to the epidemiology of diabetes and the selection of appropriate mHealth solutions. The last part is dedicated to the implementation and evaluates of possible benefits in the care of diabetic patients.
Web Map Services Using Geographical Data

Special attention is paid to examples of practical usage, including expected development in near future. Practical part demonstrates the usage through design and development of a web application, which would serve end users to plan trips.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Process Based Enterprise Architecture. In order to explain the given issue, there is an explanation of the Enterprise architecture, business process management and the relation between them.The practical part follows the theory written in the first part in order to present both of approaches in a real company. That includes models reflecting current situation, some of which are enriched by the author's recommended modifications.
Computer literacy and communication in healthcare facility

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the level of computer literacy in the EUC Premium medical facility for doctors and nurses. The introduction introduces the definitions of computer and information literacy and their development. The next part is focused on the research of computer literacy of the employees of EUC Premium. Research is based on two methods - ethnographic research and questionnaire research. Based on ethnographic research, it was found that the level of computer literacy in this company was not too high, as confirmed by the questionnaire survey. Research issues have been identified that have shown that the company's smooth running can not be without the physical participation of IT support to solve the problem. Research results show authors recommendations for company leadership that can help increase computer literacy in the target organization.
Practical use of BI and IoT in the manufacturing environment

This thesis is oriented on data usage from manufacturing IoT devices. The main goal is to propose comprehensive concept of data usage from manufacturing IoT devices in BI, based on available literature and user requirements from manufacturing companies. First part of thesis deals with relationship between IoT and BI, based on available literature and current researches aimed on IoT data usage. Following part is about requirement analysis aimed on manufacturing IoT data usage. The requirements were determined with help of non-structured interviews with managers of selected departments in manufacturing companies, mainly oriented on production quality, maintenance and production efficiency. Based on mentioned requirements were determined appropriate metrics that are primarily based on data from manufacturing IoT devices. The last part is practical demonstration of the tech-nological concept which is focused on data presentation.
