Family house - Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and execution of project documentation for a family house with architectural planto or art studio, which is situated between cities Dvůr Králové nad Labem and Verdek. Building is designed as a detached two-storey building with one underground and one above-ground storey. House is designed for a family of four and one external worker. Road to the building and main entrance to the building is from the north, where is also a garage. The residential part is oriented mainly to the south. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. Vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm and from concrete blocks BEST (part 1.S). Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. All the roofs are single-skinned and flat roofs. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is an object with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 9 flats on the above-ground floors, garages and storage facilities with technical equipment of the building are located in the underground floor. Garages are designed as a separate parking space, a total of 8. Each floor has a balcony (or terrace), which gradually with the floors recedes into the area of apartments. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as a single-layer flat. The building is designed from the YTONG system both perimeter walls and ceiling structures
Apartment building in Brumov-Bylnice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The apartment building is situated on a slightly sloping plot and is surrounded by housing estates. The building has three floors and is partially basement. In the apartment building there are 11 residential units with layouts of sizes 2+kk, 3+kk and 6+kk, which are located on the upper floors. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. The entrance to the building is possible from the west side. The construction system of the building is designed from ceramic blocks of the Therm type with a certified contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-skin vegetation roof.
Reconstruction of the house on plot no.47 in Slavkov u Brna

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a complete reconstruction and modernization of an existing family house in the center of Slavkov u Brna. The existing building is located in a terraced house in Husova Street. The new state includes a complete modernization of the interior, reconstruction of the original historic facade, the outbuilding of the original building and the superstructure of a new one with a link to the original object. The new state has one underground floor, three above – ground floors and a terrace. There are three apartments, two offices and three garages on the upper floors. There is a warehouse in the basement. In the existing building, the original supporting system made of polygonal walls is preserved, modified and supplemented with supporting components. New outbuilding has a transverse wall supporting system and ceiling structure made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Ceiling structures are interconnected with supporting walls. Facade insulation is solved by the ETICS system and the historic facade on the south side is renovated. The roof over both objects is created by a combination of sloping and flat roofs with a connection to the surrounding buildings. Bachelor thesis includes the creation of project documentation for construction execution according to the assignment.
Multipurpose facility Teplice nad Bečvou

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Teplice nad Bečvou, a village located near Hranice na Moravě (district Přerov). It is a four-storey building, equipped with a transversal structural system, located perpendicular to the slope of the plot. The building is designed with a total of 22 residential units, all of them are connected to the loggia by French windows, which provide an above-standard view of the spa area of Teplice nad Bečvou. Another part of the building is a covered garage. The load-bearing masonry will be made of sand-lime bricks, on which monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings will be laid. The building will be insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colours will be chosen in shades of white, brown and gray. The building has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.

The task of the bachelor's thesis is to elaborate a project documentation for construction works for new apartment building in Holešov. The apartment building is a free standing building with full basement and with 3 above ground floors. The apartment building has 6 residential units for a total of 20 inhabitants. Housing units are two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK), each apartment has a terrace or a balcony and cellar located in the basement. The entrance to the building is oriented from the southwest side of the building. The individual floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic two-arm staircase, which is located inside the building. The apartment building is based on concrete foundation strips and a foundation slab. The supporting system are walls from ceramic masonry. The ceiling structures are formed as reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of this diploma thesis is construction and technological preparation and management realization of the construction of the storage hall with administrative part Brno Slatina. Content diploma thesis is a technical report, building site project, study of the main technological stages, time and financial plan, design of major construction machinery and mechanisms, timetable, technological regulation and related control and test plan. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose appropriate and effective the way of realization of the building depending on the local conditions.

This bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for construction, building of a family house with a butcher's shop in Velaticích. The building is located on plot no 2025/4, in the cadastral territory of the Velatice. The house is divided into living part and operational. It is situated in a built-up area. Part of the housing has two floors, the establishment of one above-ground floors, the building is a partial basement included are two garages, one in the center and the other in the operating part . Next to the plot is the local communication IV.class. The design of the house respects the territorial plan of the municipality and the street development. Project documentation is processed in accordance with the current wording of the applicable laws, regulations and standards. The outline of the house is a regular, roofing solved in two flat roofs. The structural system of a wall, walled. The building is situated on a flat surface.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. There are 7 apartments with a cafe for public, in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Part of the under-ground floor are also garages, where a parking platforms are located. Parking platforms provide a parking space for 7 cars. A part of roof above garages also serves as a winter garden for the cafe located in the ground floor. The roof above the top floor is designed as a flat, one-layer. The building is designed from a HELUZ system and the external wall and the floor structure of garage are designed from permanent formwork.
