Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází 9 bytů, v podzemním podlaží se nachází garáže a skladovací prostory s technickým vybavením objektu. Garáže jsou řešeny jako samostatné parkovací stání, celkový počet 8.Každé podlaží má balkón (resp. terasu), která postupně s podlažími ustupuje do prostoru bytů . Střecha nad 4.NP je řešena jako jednoplášťová plochá. Objekt je navržen ze systému YTONG jak obvodové steny, tak stropní konstrukce. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is an object with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 9 flats on the above-ground floors, garages and storage facilities with technical equipment of the building are located in the underground floor. Garages are designed as a separate parking space, a total of 8. Each floor has a balcony (or terrace), which gradually with the floors recedes into the area of apartments. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as a single-layer flat. The building is designed from the YTONG system both perimeter walls and ceiling structures
