The master thesis focuses on the non-profit organizations and forms their financing. The theoretical part is oriented for juridical legislation of non-profit sector, as well as demarcation of basic concepts and characteristic of forms non-profit organizations. The practical part is introduced organization organizations in which I doing analysis of the financial situation with selected method and in the conclusion of the work I propose solution that should contribute to improving the stabilization financing and development organizations.

Title: Marketing communication of the Czech handicapped representative in tennis Ladislava Pořízková Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to submit proposals for the improvement of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation. Methods: Defining the current state of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková was made possible by qualitative methods, which include the analysis of documents and social networks, an in-depth interview with Mrs. Pořízková and also quantitative methods, namely a questionnaire survey with fans of Mrs. Pořízková. Mgr. Richard Valoušek, senior PR manager at Raul, s. r. o. was also given space to express his views on a comparison of ideas and marketing communications of Mrs. Pořízková. The overall summary was ensured by a personal SWOT analysis. Proposals for changes were processed based on the theoretical background, an analysis of the practical part, suggestions of fans, experts and own suggestions. Results: The result are proposals for changes in the form of marketing communication modification, which are prepared based on shortcomings, but also the advantages of the current marketing communication of Mrs. Pořízková. The implications of bankruptcy and creditworthy business models for sports clubs

Title: The implications of bankruptcy and creditworthy business models for sports clubs Goals: On the basis of bankruptcy and creditworthy business models to determine from the two following football clubs AC Sparta Prague Football, Inc. and FC Viktoria Pilsen, Inc. the danger of bankruptcy or teak creditworthiness and to prove or disprove whether the poor financial structuring of the clubs affects its results in league standings. In the case of a looming bankruptcy or of weak creditworthiness to suggest workable solutions to reverse these effects. Methods: For the prediction of a possible bankruptcy, three bankruptcy models were used - the Altman Model, the Taffler Model and the Springate Model. For determining the financial status of the business, concretely its creditworthiness, two creditworthy business models were used - the Kralick quick test and the Index of creditworthiness. Suggestions for these proposed solutions to the problems are presented in the technical literature. Results: The implications of using the bankruptcy models demonstrated that AC Sparta Prague Football, Inc. is threatened by a bankruptcy as opposed to FC Victoria Pilsen, Inc. which is rated as a stable business.
