This thesis aims to introduce a new figure in Czech prose, Josef Formanek. The focus is predominantly on the interpretation and evaluation of the novel Mluviti pravdu. Other parts of the thesis deal with a comprehensive characterisation of individual works of the author. The outcome is to depict how Josef Formanek is placed in the context of contemporary Czech literature. The aim of the thesis is to provide a monography about the new author of Czech prose ,whose monography hasn't been written up as of yet.
The Psychosomatics and it's educational and socially pedagogical aspects

The theme of this diploma thesis is psychosomatics and its educational and socially pedagogical aspects. The main goal is to characterize this theme and describe its aspects in the educational process. General framework for understanding the term psychosomatics in this diploma thesis is a holistic way how to act as a teacher to the students, remembering his physical and psychical part and not forgetting the psychosomatic troubles. In the description part there are terms, history of the psychosomatics thinking, examples of psychosomatics troubles, the influence of the family, stress in the educational process. The practical part contains of research, which had as a main goal characterize, which of the psychosomatic troubles are according to the teachers from Gymnázium Jiřího Ortena in Kutná Hora the most common according to their pedagogical experience. The Diagnostic Competence of Teacher

The Abstract This bachelor's thesis is about the teacher's diagnostic competence taken as one of many techares's competences, it deals with the basic terminology, it shows an inspirational model of this diagnostic competence and it specifies specific school situations which should be diagnosticly noticed. Letter was the main source for writing this thesis and was used for getting information and for making conclusions. In this bachelor's thesis I made a concept of the diagnostic competence of a teacher and focused on this term which isn't often being spoken about, I focused on it's sense, importance. The utility of this bachelor's thesis is focusing on this term, which is being seen as not really dealed with, defined. Key words: the pedagogical-psychological diagnostic, the competence, the teacher, the task situation, the process, the evidence of defects, the analysis of false operation.

The personality of Jan Rys as a journalist and his work at The Flag magazine

This diploma thesis named The Personality of Jan Rys as a journalist and his work in the Flag magazine describes the personality of Jan Rys in all aspects of his life and work. In the introductory part it is set into the historical context where the state of protectorate journalism is described focusing on illegal and collaborant and activistic journalists. Part of the chapter concentrates on subsequent retribution courts. Another chapter focuses on the historical context where the origin and formation of fascism in our country is described and concentrates also on antisemitism in a Protectorate. The main part is focused on the character of Jan Rys, while his work in Vlajka movement is described whose leader he was until 1942, when he was sent at first to Terezin and than to Dachau, where he stayed till the end of war as well as his literature and his journalistic work. In the journalistic work it deals mainly with journal the Vlajka in the period when Jan Rys was an editor in chief, attention is paid to Rys' articles and their focus. A separate chapter analyzes a court trial with Jan Rys and other representatives of Vlajka, the seventh chapter concludes with the judgement of the National Court, which sentenced him to death by hanging.
Comparison of SERVQUAL method and on-line references in the monitoring of hotel guest satisfaction

This thesis deals with the comparison of SERVQUAL method and on-line references in the monitoring of hotel guest satisfaction. In the chosen hotel is conducted research of online references and the questionnaire research of SERVQUAL method. Implementation of these researches aims for designing appropriate recommendations to improve of provided services and improve the relationships with customers.
