Title Coordination abilities in long-term concept sports training of children Objective The point of the thesis is handle the issue of coordination ability. In the first part of the thesis I will talk about general issues of children's sports training, developmental patterns and the characteristic of sensitive periods. The fundamental basis of my research part is find out how the coordination skills involved in long-term sports training, what is their role in motor development of children and what their biological basis. Methods The thesis has a theoretical character and it uses qualitative methods: compares, analyses and interprets texts and data acquired through background research. Results Coordination skills have proven essential element of successful mastery of motor skills in the concept of long-term sports training more or less dependent on coordination. If there are individual skills developed in the sensitive periods is very difficult to catch up with missed this and achieve the same level of skills acquired. Important role in the development of coordination skills and heredity plays a connection with the state and function of the central nervous system. Key words sports training of children, coordination, development, sensitive periods

Title: Assessing the activity of ice hockey players depending on the size of the ice rink and the number of players in youth categories of ice hockey Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to compare the number of shots, goalkeeper saves, pass attempts, pass completions, time spent puckhandling, situations 1-1, fouls and goals in minihockey depending on the size of the playing area and the number of players. In order to fulfill the objective of the thesis the scientific question will be answered: What is the best organization of the game and the size of the ice rink based on proportionately the highest total viewed gaming activities? Methods: We analyze the viewed activities based on 40 video recordings of games of players born in 2007. These will be compared taking into consideration the individual game organization and structures of the ice rink; thereafter the statistical significance of individual differences will be determined. Subsequently, the raw scores will be converted into standardized scores, T- points. Based on the values of T-points the most appropriate size of the ice rink and number of players for an effective development of the gaming activities will be determined. Results: Based on an analysis of the minihockey gaming activities depending on the game organization and...

Title: Training Tactical Skills in Sports Games Author: Panayiotis Sokratous Aim: In the thesis I will discuss about the Importance and the training of Tactical Skills in Sports Games. For this paper I have used the review methodology. My aim was to put in perspective the different cognitive and mental skills that are required to be trained, developed and perfected in order for the coach/trainer to form and put in place tactics that will assist the trainer in obtaining the competitive advantage over its opponents. My writings were based on information and studies of book and lecture notes that I have accumulated during my Physical Education studies in Charles University Prague. I have also researched and used a lot of information from different books related to the subject as well as other related information from accredited professionals, posted on the web. I hope that you will enjoy my work, and understand the analysis of all the information presented. I have included numerous tests, examples and assessments that I believe would be enlightening in regards to tactical skill training and improvement Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Čížek, Jan ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Skružný, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Comparison annual training cycle of four teams in a base of chosen indicators of training load in floorball Objectives Main objective of this graduation theses is to compare volume and specifity of training load in annual training cycle. Tested subjects are two teams from season 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov and HC Rychenberg, two current teams from season 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov and Tatran Střešovice. Methods: I used method of analysis and method of comparison. I applied method of analysis in sorting of data and method of comparison in subsequent comparing of annual training cycle. Results: I found out, that the annual training cycle is mainly different in specifity of training load. Training load is heading from training of universal condition to gaining universal and specified condition in scope of activity in training of game skills. Results are presented by using tablets and column graphs. Keywords: floorball, annual training cycle, training volume, specifity of training load, training unit

Mariška, Tomáš ; Dovalil, Josef (advisor) ; Perič, Tomáš (referee)
Name: Using regenerations processes at ice-hockey players Objective: Estimation of efficiency regenerations methods during relaxation at junior players and interpretation chances ofusing these methods in sports practise. Method: Intraindiviual comparative case study at junior categories of HC České Budějovice. For estimation of efficiency regeneration methods we exploit blood lactate after weighting and decreasing blood lactate with using regenerations processes. Results: Result showed possibility and quantum precipitate recoveries period after intensive weighting with using regenerations processes (running and stretching) at young players. Keywords: blood lactate, hearth rate, ice hockey, regeneration, weighting. The long-term preparation require not just peďect leading each training units, but above all master training planning. Present researches showed, that it is necessarily the training load compensate with sufficient and qualitative rest. Just for the heck of it is it possible stepwise increased training loads, and efficiency of sportsman. All planning come out from super compensation principles and biological adaptation. It is clear, that regeneration processes enable faster super compensation, which makes possible practice more often, or higher. For estimation of efficiency regeneration methods we...
