Customer Satisfaction and Proposals for its Improvement

The bachelor’s work deals with issues of customer satisfaction in restauraunt Gaudeo. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s work contains basic terms related to the topics. The second part of the work will be dealt with dissatisfaction based on the data from the questionnaire and on the analysis marketing enviroment. In conclusion will be mentioned improvement proposal for the total satisfaction.
Marketing Mix and its Connection to a Company Brand

The diploma thesis deals with the connection of the marketing mix with the brand of a company, namely Notino, s.r.o. According to theoretical knowledge and methodology, the market analysis, including the marketing mix, is carried out. There will also be a marketing survey on customer brand perception. On the basis of the theoretical and analytical part of the thesis, will be made a suggestion to support the brand development through the marketing mix.
Lay resuscitation of newborns and infants awareness among mothers

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of maternal awareness in the field of lay resuscitation of newborns and infants and is concveived as a theoretical-practical work. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter describes the neonatal and infant period. The next chapters present the recommended practices in neonatal and infant resuscitation according to the current 2021 Guidelines, and define the chain of survival, emergency pre-hospital care, basic and advanced life support. The fifth chapter deals with education in basic life support. The final chapters discuss sudden life-threatening episodes - apparent life-threatening event (ALTE), brief resolved unexplained event (BRUE), sudden unexpected postnatal collapse (SUPC), and last but not least, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), with emphasis on its risk factors and preventive measures. For the practical part of my bachelor's thesis, a quantitative questionnaire survey was used, which took place between 12/2022 and 2/2023 at the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine and General University Hospital in Prague. Therapeutic intervention of low back pain - comparing of two therapeutic approaches

Title: Therapeutic intervention of low back pain - comparing of two therapeutic approaches Objectives: The main objective of this experimental study was to compare two therapeutic approaches: Sensorimotor stimulation by Janda Vávrová and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in patients with low back pain. Methods: Experimental comparative study aimed at comparing the effect of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method of Kabat and Sensorimotor stimulation by Jandy and Vávrová in patients with chronic low back pain. The probands were selected from among patients of private healthcare facilities Medi-centre Skalka s.r.o. The assessment of pain, we used a standardized questionnaire Oswestry. The data will be processed using statistical method Mann-Whitney U test. Results: The study showed no significant difference in treatment effect low back pain between Sensorimotor stimulation method by Janda and Vávrová and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
