Creation and realization of program at children's summer woodcraft camp

My bachelor's thesis, which is divided into two parts, is focused on the creation and realisatation of the programme at a children's summer woodcraft camp for one groupe of primary school aged children. I chose this topic for my bachelor's thesis because of my many years of experience with the camp environment. In the theoretical part I focus on the topic of leisure pedagogy and the importance of leisure in general, then I examine the history of summer camps, their divison, camp workers and also the organizational matters that are necessary for their running. In the second part, I focus on a detailed description of the preparation and implementation of a prepared programme at a children's summer camp Barrandov. It also includes the preparation and description of a group game, where the girls perform various tasks. The goal is to prepare the girls for successfully passing the woodcraft exam, other tasks are focused at deepening the friendship between the girls. After each realized activity, I will reflect it with the girls and evaluate the progress. In the final part of my thesis I will conduct my self-evaluation, assess the measure of the preparation's mastery and the achievement of the objectives. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the characteristics of a school-age child, it focuses on children with special educational needs, especially students with specific behavioral and learning disorders. The output of the bachelor's thesis is a structure of city camp, which has a meaningful program, offers activities, games and activities that are suitable, motivating and feasible for these children. The theoretical part characterizes school age, defines a pupil with special educational needs, focuses on specific learning and behavior disorders within the framework of special pedagogy. Explores free time and education in it. Last but not least, it defines a city camp, focuses on play and motivation and how structure is important for children with behavioral disorders. The practical part is devoted to the structure of the city camp, which is designed for children with special educational needs, especially for children with specific behavioral and learning disorders. Moral distress of teachers

This Master's thesis analyzes the subject of moral distress of Czech primary school teachers. It is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part clarifies key concepts and terms of ethics in education. Aside from more general terms like ethics, morals, and stress, it also covers crucial terms like moral distress and critical events. The second, practical part analyzes a qualitative dataset to describe and categorize different forms of moral distress. It records a variety of ways of solving critical situations and their potential influence on the psyche and professional development of educators. The aim of this work is to serve as a base for additional research or as a material for creating strategies to overcome similar situations.
