Chironomid fauna of acidified mountain waters

Acidification of freshwater ecosystems peaked in 1980. There were overall changes in the chemistry of surface waters. As a result, some fish and sensitive species of zooplakton and zoobenthos disappeared. After the peak, emissions of major pollutants (SO2, NOX a NH3) declined significantly, which started the process of recovery from acidification. Nevertheless, biological recovery proceeds very slowly and it is not clear whether it is a completely reversible process. Chironomids serve as a very useful tool to assess acidification and recovery processes, mainly due to their toletance and also sensitivity of species to low pH, concentration of dissolved oxygen, nutrient content and adaptability to changes in food supply. Chironomids have in general high adaptability of species to harsh conditions. Food supply and concentration of dissolved oxygen are likely the main factors which influence the assemblages of chironomids in freshwater ecosystems. Chironomids are suitable for use in surface water research and biomonitoring due to their world-wide distribution, high species diversity and density. In comparison to other families of zoobenthos there is far less studies of chironomid assemblages, because of demanding determination. Educational consultant and his work at the basic school

This project issues from theoretical grounds connected with educational consultant's work. The theoretical part demarcate basic group of problems at the basic school. This theoretical frame builds syllabus of educational consultant's work at the concrete basic school. Questionnaire for scholars, leaflet with informations for parents ate the parts of this project. In points, where is possible, the timetable of realisation was proposed. Theoretical part will seves as informative base for teachers. By the realisation of this project the cooperation of educational consultant, form master, teachers and headmaster is necessary. The practical part is about blind girl integrated at the basic school.(material equipment,teachers, cooperation of the school and her family…)

Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of state after Achille tendo rupture.

AIM OF THESIS: Evaluation of a pacient's casuistry including an diagnosis after an Achille tendo rupture and mentioning the basic observations about this diagnosis. METHODICS: The general part brings closer the anatomy of the lower limbs, diagnosis of the rupture of the Achille tendo, It's etiopatogenesis, clinical outgoing and therapy. It also specifies the question of degenerative changes of the tendo within the middle- aged male population. The specialized part describes a pacient with a diagnosis rupture of the Achille tendo after taking off an underknee cast. A complete input and output kineziological anylysis is described here. The description includes a suggested therapy, both objective and subjective opinions and evaluations of each therapy. The end is a complete evaluation of the therapy's effect.

Employee care in a small organization

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis and evaluation of employee care in a small organization. In the theoretical part, this issue is described and divided into several categories which are necessary for an application of the analysis in a real company. In the practical part, the author conducted a personal investigation of the actual employee care conditions in the organization. In addition, a questionnaire, reflecting satisfaction and loyalty to the company, was handed to the employees. Not only is the aim of the bachelor thesis to evaluate a current status of employee care in a small organization but also to suggest possibilities of how to improve working environment and treatment of employees, if needed.
