Problematic aspects of the legal regulation of the crime of rape and its posibble redefinition Abstract The thesis deals with problematic aspects of the crime of rape, especially with regard to the current social pressure to redefine this crime. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to a brief historical development of the legal regulation of the crime of rape and foreign comparative analysis of the Czech legislation with the legislation of Slovakia, Sweden and France. An integral part of this thesis is also an analysis of selected criminological aspects that are important in relation to the issue of the crime of rape, in particular a statistical analysis of reported and clarified cases of rape, the issue of latent criminality and the characteristics of the perpetrator and the victim of rape. The next part of the thesis is a summary of the most important decisions of the criminal courts in the field of the crime of rape, especially in relation to the interpretation of problematic concepts, which are crucial for assessing the necessity of redefining the crime of rape. The thesis mainly deals with the most important financial products at real estate market. The first part deals with certain types of mortgage loan, its collateral, process for execution and fees for processing, maturity and possibility of maturity the mortgage loan. It also includes the issue of building savings, its functions, purpose, minimal time of savings, interest rates and eventually also loan from building savings. The second part focuses on the offer of mortgage loans, building savings and subsequent comparison of these products on model example.

Prehospital treatment of patients with stroke

The topic of this bachelor thesis was Prehospital treatment of patients with stroke. The theoretical part of the work dealt with the issue of stroke from the beginning of the symptoms to the diagnosis and treatment of the patient by a paramedic in prehospital emergency care. The work also includes standard conditions for the subsequent directing of the patient to a specialized medical facility and the difference between the Complex Cerebrovascular Center and the Stroke Center. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, three goals and three research questions were set. The first goal was to map the theoretical knowledge of paramedics concerning stroke. The second goal was to map the procedure of paramedics taking treatment of a patient with a suspected stroke, and the third objective was to map the cooperation of paramedics and the Complex Cerebrovascular Center in České Budějovice. The practical part was performed using a qualitative method of semi-structured interview technique. The interview contained 22 questions. The researched group consisted of 10 paramedics from individual regional centers of the Medical Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region. The results of the research were divided into 11 categories and processed into tables for better clarity. The results of the research succeeded in both, meeting the objectives of the work and answering the research questions. It was found that paramedics have sufficient and current theoretical knowledge in the field, and no major shortcomings were found. The cooperation of paramedics with the Complex Cerebrovascular Center in České Budějovice is also evaluated very positively. The research has shown that, to make an improvement, paramedics should be more consistent in measuring blood glucose levels, obtaining electrocardiographic recordings, and choosing the right venous cannula size.

Regional analysis and forecast of the number of pupils in upper secondary education

Regional analysis and forecast of the number of pupils in upper secondary education Abstract The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current structure of secondary school pupils according to the main KKOV classification scheme within individual regions of the Czech Republic and to estimate the future development in the schoolyear 2024/2025. Two main methods were used for this purpose, the method of participation in education from population classes and the method of quotient of transitions between individual years. The first part of the thesis focuses on the history of the development of the educational system and the methodology of classification of the educational system in the Czech Republic. The second part of this thesis deals with the application of selected methods to data for the regions of the Czech Republic. The ratio of newly admitted pupils to the size of population in the region per age and field of study and in schoolyears 2006/2007-2015/2016 is determined. Further, numbers of newly admitted pupils, pupils in each year of study, and graduates according to selected groups of disciplines are estimated in the schoolyear 2024/2025. This information can facilitate decision-making and planning of educational capacities in individual regions and the direction of the labor market in the region....
