Reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings

1 Summary This thesis investigates the main perspectives of the reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings. During the process of the judicial decision- making is often the issue of reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings considered as of lesser importance. Nevertheless, the extent of professional discussion and frequent amendments of relevant legal regulations testify the very opposite. For this reason, one of the basic aims of this study was to perform a solid analysis of relevant legal adjustments, to point out the real problems while applying them and also to bring the suggestions of possible changes of particular legal regulations. The parts of this thesis are as following - introduction, five chapters, and conclusion. In the introductory part, the author defines the issue and aims of the work which are further described in following chapters. It also contains a definition of basic and key terminology. The first chapter introduces an overview of types of particular costs in trial proceedings, which are essential for understanding the principles and their consequent reimbursements. Usage of internet advertising for Victoria Bowling using Google AdWords and Seznam Sklik tools

This bachelor's thesis is focused on online marketing, more specifically on advertising through PPC systems. It introduces the two most widely used tools for this form of advertising in the Czech Republic. It also describes the principles of the functioning of these systems, the process of preparation of advertising campaigns, optimization and evaluation. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the advertising campaigns from the above mentioned systems, to compare them and to submit a proposal for improving the efficiency to the next period. Other tools, such as Google Analytics, keyword planners, web site monitoring tools, etc., will be used to meet the goals. The main contribution of this work include a more effective appreciation of the investments placed in PPC ads after applying submitted proposals. Main contribution of this thesis is validation of individual advertisement campaign methods in practice.
Marketing strategy of the company ZOOT

The bachelor thesis deals with a marketing strategy of the company ZOOT. ZOOT is a Czech e-shop which sells clothes and fashion accessories. This e-shop has also its own branches in the Czech republic, Slovakia and Romania. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current marketing strategy of the company ZOOT, evaluate its effectiveness and make recommendations for improving current marketing activities. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis summarizes main theoretical findings about marketing, brands and advertising campaigns. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the company ZOOT, with an emphasis on its marketing activities. In the last part of the bachelor thesis are the Christmas campaigns of the company from years 2014 and 2015 described. Based on the analysis of current situation of the company, suggestions for improvement of the marketing strategy are proposed.
Customer Loyalty to the Selected Company

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the relationship between customer and the company dm drogerie markt lnc. in the Czech Republic, to define his loyalty and to propose improvements in marketing communication. The proposals are based on theoretical foundations and on the data obtained from an own questionnaire survey. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first three parts include the theory needed for the practical section by explaining customer loyalty, segmentation and marketing research. The fourth part contains an analysis and evaluation of the results of the survey and suggestions for improvements.
