Comparison of the alternative forms of family care in the Czech Republic and in Spain and analysis of the relevant Spanish legal terminology with a glossary

This thesis aims to compare the forms of alternative family care in the Czech Republic and Spain and critically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these forms in both countries. The main purpose is a comparative analysis of the forms of alternative family care in the Czech and Spanish legislation with an emphasis on the search for differences and similarities. The thesis includes summary in Spanish and bilingual terminological glossary.
Subject conception of Ethical Education/ Religious Education in Norway and in Czech Republic

Thesis Subject conception of Ethical Education/ Religious Education in Norway and in Czech Republic deals with diverse approaches towards Religious and Ethical Education in Norway and in Czech Republic. Christianity and ethics, which both steam from the Christian thinking, are undoubtedly an important source of European tradition and have been occupaing the distinctive role in education. This thesis is trying to conceive the changing of the position of Religious as well as Ethical Education in schooling upbringing and in society. The goal of this thesis is to cover the various subjects' conception, approaches and also trying to entitle the targets in connection with reality. At the close there will be given the description and clarification of different approaches and correspondences towards Ethical and Religious Education in the cooperation with the content analyses of subjects' conceptions, cultural contexts and various approaches.
Creation of learning objects for interactive whiteboard in math education

The aim of the thesis on the topic "Learning objects for interactive whiteboard with a focus on mathematics" is to explore theoretical aspects and principles of interactive teaching using interactive whiteboards in teaching mathematics at middle school. Another goal is to create interactive presentations of various thematic units of mathematics curricula for middle schools, and educational at the same time with the documentation for these presentations. Description of theoretical aspects deals with of both the very notion of interactivity and learning object concepts and interactive whiteboard. The bachelor thesis emphasized the need to take care when using the interactive whiteboard teaching traditional didactic principles and these principles are explained in relation to interactive learning. The practical part is dedicated to creating learning objects in the environment of the program GeoGebra and the program SMART Notebook for creating presentations. Result of this work is eight presentations created for the second and third year of middle school to take full advantage of the opportunities the program offers.
Damages in cases of bodily injury and death in Czech and French civil law

Résumé L'objectif de ce mémoire, c'est la comparation d'indemnisaton du dommage corporel en cas de survie ou en cas de décès de la victime dans la législation et surtout dans la jurisprudence tchèque et française. Il s'agit surtout des aspects des postes particulières indemnisables et ses critéres. L'accent particulière est mis à la responsabilité civil subjective d'accidents médicaux. Les chapitres d'introduction s'agissent des questions de la protection de la santé comme une liberté fondamentale et droit naturel de chacun. Ainsi des questions de la résponsabilité, surtout civil et subjective. Vu la nouvelle codification d'indemnisation du dommage corporel en cas de survie ou en cas de décès de la victime, prévu dans le nouveau code civil tchéque nř 89/2012, le mémoire compare, avant tout, des critéres d'indemnisation du dommage corporel et ses aspects avec la réglementation précedente. Il s'agit surtout des postes extra-patrimoniaux car ces postes étaient fixé soit par le décret de Ministère de la santé, nř 440/2011, en vertu des régles postérieurs, soit dans l'article 444 alinéa 3 du code civil, nř 40/1964, en vertu des régles postérieurs. Vu que ces principes étaient le sujet trés critiqué, même dans l'exposé des motifs de la loi nř 89/2012, code civil, des principes ont été changés radicalement soit...
