The object of my thesis "The proposal of Marketing Strategy" is analysing the company Trade Lukáš s. r. o. and its proposal marketing strategy. The first part is focused on theoretical marketing and the process of markketing strategy. The folowing part describes and analysses the company. The third part contains suggestion and recommendations for the comapany, which resulted from the analytical part.

Teacher the beginner

My Diploma Thesis "Newly qualified teachers" is devoted to new teachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience after they graduated from accredited college and received a degree as a teacher. My focus is on the teachers in elementary schools. The goal of the theoretical part of my thesis is to collect technical information, opinions, ideas and knowledge from experts in the teaching profession in general, to characterize the new teacher's personality. In the few chapters I ponder possible fears, concerns, weaknesses and needs of the new teachers, and I also mention problematic field of the evaluation and self assessment of a new teacher. The content of the practical part of my thesis is exploratory inquiry using a method of survey. The goal of the questions and answers is to find out if the orientation of new teachers in elementary schools is functioning well with prepared orientation plan, and to identify and map out the problem areas that the new, inexperienced teachers feel in the beginning of their teaching carrier, and subsequently to detect and identify the new teachers' needs. I set preconditions for which I had the knowledge base from studying professional literature and from my many years of experience as an elementary school teacher. Municipal Systems in Europe

This study deals with the typologies and the development of municipal orders in Europe. The theoretical basis of the work is important typologies of individual authors dealing with municipal orders of different countries. These typologies are exploring mostly European countries and looking for similarities across municipal systems of individual countries on the basis of some criteria and in relations between central and local levels and through relations between the institutions of local government with each other. Ten chosen European countries which are used in the typologies form empirical part of work. Countries are studied based on criterion development of municipal structures, especially in terms of amalgamation of municipalities and based on the criterion of executive models, especially in terms of direct election of mayors. For each country is studied the development and present situation of these criteria on the basis of which are determined the aims of this study. It is about finding out topicality of typologies and their comparison with the time of their origin to the present state of municipal orders of individual countries. Another aim is points to trends in local politics and gives an indication of possible future trends in terms of municipal orders in Europe.

Building savings - legal and economic issues

BUILDING SAVINGS - LEGAL AND ECONOMICAL ISSUES, ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to familiarize the reader in details with the issue of building savings. The work describes the basic principles and the system of building savings, problematic of building savings from the point of view of the building societies and also provides useful advices to the potential participants of the building savings. It also deals with the key jurisprudence and considers the form of this financial product in the future. In the first chapter, historical process of the building savings in England, Germany and Czech Republic is described, and principle of the self-help building societies is explained. Second chapter presents introduction to problems of the building savings, basic principle is explained and the legal regulations are described here. Attention is also paid to one of the key terms of the building savings, which is the state support of building savings and its effect on profitability and existence of the building savings. The building societies, as highly specialized financial institutions, are described in the following chapter. Modern flute technics, music for flute in the 2nd half of the 20th century

The thesis focused on new technical possibilities in the flute playing in the second half of the 20th century. The thesis describes different kinds of notation in 20th century, types of flute effects (mikrointervals, harmonics, alternative fingerings, tone-colour trills, multifonics, efects with voice, glissando, key clicks, pizzicato, tongue ram, frulato, whistle tone, jet whistle, aeolian sound, circular breathing), their notation and shows concrete musical examples. There are also some information about several composers of the second half of the 20th century, these are concretly Toru Takemitsu, Luciano Berio, Isang Yun, Robert Dick, Ivo Medek and Vlastislav Matoušek.
