Safety Management System for Transport of Materials and Dangerous Substances
Klímová, Zdeňka ; Krejčí, Libor (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
The task this master’s thesis was evaluated present status safety management system for transport of materials and dangerous substances. I looks this issues like whole in The theoretical part. I want to find all kritical locations. I analysis type of transport, transport routs, driver training, legislation and label the most transport of materials and dangerous substances. I want to found the risk to remove or cushion. I want to proposed preventive measures in the practical part.

Dangers of Intentional Misuse of Transported Hazardous Substances and Objects
Anderlová, Monika ; Krejčí, Libor (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis elaborates on dangers of intentional misuse of transported hazardous substances. Introduction part is about legislation which determines conditions for hazardous substances treatment and their transportation. There are several types of transportation, they are described in separated chapter. Road transportation dominates in Czech Republic. Focus is put on motivation factors for misuse of hazardous substances. Factors increasing risk of misuse of hazardous substances follow. Based on it, suggestions for precautions and means to lower the risk were created. Separated chapter is dedicated to methodology for determining attractiveness of hazardous substances. To map situation in Czech Republic, I did survey in several companies. Results are summarized in last chapter.
Utilization of Czech and European Transport Information Systems for the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods
Zapletal, Jan ; Krejčí, Libor (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
The topic of my thesis is an application of Czech and European transport systems for shipping dangerous articles by road transport. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is pointed to importance of effective legislation in the Czech Republic and the European Union, which is dedicated to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. Also it regards to risks of accidents and possible ecologic impacts to an environment. This part compares the amount of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic and states of the EU in a frame of ADR. It shows the risks related to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. The closing part belongs to important elements of safe transportation of dangerous matters. The second part of the thesis analyses current state of shipping information systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. There is the analysis, the suggestions for improvement of the systems´ efficiency and its application in the Czech Republic. The closing part belongs to my own project of shipping information system.
Identification of risks related to industrial furnaces - electric arc furnaces
Krejčí, Lukáš ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
Main goal of presented bachelors thesis is identification of hazards associated with operation of electric arc furnaces. But at first it is necessary to become acquainted with the device and to understand its function. Therefore description of construction with emphasis on electrical circuit, overview of few selected industrial disasters and legislative requirements for safe operation of the furnaces form starting position for hazard identification which is carried out according to the procedure of the standard ISO 12100 in the last chapter of this thesis.
Coregistration of DKI MRI data with high b-values
Krejčí, Ladislav ; Gajdoš, Martin (referee) ; Vojtíšek, Lubomír (advisor)
This semestral thesis deals with several options of medical images registration. Basic properties of DKI data are presented in the begining. In the following chapters it is focused on methods, which are removing motion distortion and geometrical inaccuracies. These methods are oversampling, transformation smoothing and optimalization. Software doing registration itself is also covered in this thesis. Methods of comparing registration success rates are described in the end.
Intervention of Integrated Emergency System in Traffic Accidents with SR
Lukeš, Jan ; Krejčí, Libor (referee) ; Žilka, Pavel (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor thesis is Intervention of Integrated Emergency System in Traffic Accidents with SR. Current valid legislature relating to this topic is mentioned in the thesis. Basis of this bachelor thesis is gathered from national and foreign sources. In the first part of the bachelor thesis I deal with basic terminology related to the topic. Then I deal with current status and radiation protection equipment of individual units of Integrated Emergency System and I describe procedure of particular units during the intervention. Within a practical training I proved given procedures of this issue and set possible ways how to improve that in the last part of my work.
Implementation of selected parts of the ČSN EN ISO/IEC standard 17025:2018 in the calibration laboratory
Krejčí, Lukáš ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Šrámek, Jan (advisor)
In this diploma thesis comparison of the current state against the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018 is made at first. The comparison is followed by proposals for the creation of the missing documents which will become part of the controlled documentation of the selected calibration laboratory in the future and will be used to obtain accreditation. These documents are focused specifically on process management of the calibration laboratory and the procedure for determining uncertainty of measurement in calibration. Proposals are created in a way to match the specifications of standard ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018. In the conclusion chapter of this thesis there are recommendations for calibration laboratory which should be considered before applying for accreditation.
Effects of allopregnanolon on motor functions of young laboratory rat.
Krejčí, Lukáš ; Mareš, Pavel (advisor) ; Valeš, Karel (referee)
Allopregnanolone is a typical representative of neurosteroids. It can be formed by de novo synthesis directly in the CNS or as a metabolite of progesterone. It is an allosteric modulator of GABAA receptors, due to which it has anxiolytic, sedative and anticonvulsant effects. This work investigates the effect of allopregnanolone (ALLO) on the locomotor skills of laboratory rat pups. The results will serve as a reference study for the work of Tereza Košťálová (2020), who investigated the newly discovered neuroactive steroid pregnanolone pyroglutamate (PPG). This exogenous steroid, synthesized at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (IOCB PRAGUE), offers potential use in the treatment of epilepsy. Our goal was to perform the same battery of motor tests after the application of allopregnanolone as a comparison, to what extent and in what way these two substances acutely affect the motor performance of the rat pup. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the physiological mechanisms of neurosteroids in the human body and their potential in the treatment of serious diseases, especially epilepsy. Next, the ontogenetic development of the rat's motor skills is described and compared to humans. The methodology describes the selection and...
Different parameters monitoring by "ALE" and "lager" beer typ
KREJČÍ, Leoš
This bachelor thesis monitors changes in selected parameters for these types of beer: "ALE" and "lager". The theoretical part describes general information about beer. In the practical part, beer samples are evaluated empirically and sensory. All tested beers are sold in the Czech Republic and produced by various fermentation methods. In empirical research individual beer samples are assessed according to the volume content of alcohol and according to the extract of the original wort. Sensory evaluation includes appearance, color, taste and smell, frothiness and bitterness. This thesis also includes a consumer survey focused on beer preferences.
