(anglicky): The bachelor thesis discusses a topic of specific learning disabilities in hearing-impaired children, therefore deaf and hard of hearing children. The aim of the paper is to describe the current state of research in the area of specific learning disabilities in hearing-impaired and to map the current approach to these children in special education centres in Czech Republic. For mapping of the current work with hearing-impaired children with specific learning disabilities the results of a research are used. The research was carried out through interviews with several special education centres' employees. The analysis of the interviews showed that work procedures used with this population in Czech Republic are not very elaborate and unified. Diagnostic methods and approaches to education of deaf and hard of hearing children with specific learning disabilities are largely dependent on individual centers.
