The thesis is about exacting situations of life in life of individual in family system context. Particular theoretical bases are explained in the text with accent on phoenix of crisis together with its displays and consequences in different periods of life. There is in details analyzed dilemma of crisis of child, teenager, adult and crisis of family. In practical part there is characterized Institute St. Hedwig, where they are specialized in processes of change in families and their potential conflicts. Quality of Services and Care Provided in a Children's Home in Ukraiine in Connection with Psychological Development of its Clients

Childern's home in Vilšany is not an ordinary kind of institutions of social welfare in Ukraine. Its uniqueness makes it need a special care, which is for last six years provided by a group of volunteers from civic association called Bodaj. The circumstance, mean, expanse, spectrum of provided social services for clients have a negative influence to psychological development of inmates in Vilšany. My work is interested in these provided services, it is described in a wider cultural context of the life in Zakarpadská Ukraine. To make it closer to my readers I present basic and global information connected with processing of the childern's home, also with negative influences of provided services, nowadays conditions of this place and tries of changing and global higher quality of clients' lives. The example of the influence of environments can be found in a chapter of a development assessment of the client named Eržika, which was based on analysis of her art creations provided by volunteers of Bodaj civic association. At last I have focused my work on alternatives and different means of work which would make this environment more benign for clients than it is now. This study (Risk of the Burnout Syndrome in Caring Professions) deals with the risk of the development of the Burnout Syndrome in Caring Professions, possible prevention and therapy. In the theoretical part the dissertation describes the Burnout Syndrome and the circumstances which lead to its beginning and development. In the practical part the dissertation describes the research on the frequency of symptoms of the Burnout Syndrome (enclosed is the questionnaire of the research) and assumed positive influence of the supervision. This thesis is focused on family, specifically on the way it is viewed by gender studies and family studies. It is also focused on the question what are gender studies and family studies, what is their meaning and purpose, and what is the main focus of their work. Because the topic of this thesis was inspired by an accusation of gender studies from disturbing morality by spreading feminist and similar ideals, and since the allegations were raised by representatives of one of the Christian churches, the thesis will address the issue of linkages between gender studies and feminism, as well as the way how families are viewed by feminism and Christianity, in order to determine whether gender studies can truly be described as a threat to Christian morality. Importance of Community Care in Rehabilitation of People with Schizophrenia

Psychosis is a word for illnesses with similar symptoms. Schizophrenia is also a psychosis. It is a serious mental illness starting in early age and that is why it can influence the continuity of life of disordered person. This is the reason why it is very important that the disordered person can easily get the right and early help by rehabilitation. I make a difference between two kinds of community in this thesis. First community is civic which is natural environment where everybody lives. The other community I am witting about is therapeutic one. For me the importance of civic community is mainly in prevention of mental disorders and early interception of psychotic disorder. The therapeutic community helps the disordered schizophrenic person with fixing relationships and getting self-confidence in communication and in life between other people, members of community. The other priority of community care is to integrate handicapped people back to the society. The easiest way to provide the helps is in the natural environment of disordered person. The aim of community care is to minimize the number of hospitalizations and shorter the period if hospitalization is necassary.
