Proposal of Strategic Development of the Company Operating in the Field of Racking Technology Installation

The subject of this diploma thesis is the strategic development of JančaSolutions s.r.o., which is active in the field of rack technology assembling, focusing mainly on the western markets. The data needed to evaluate the current state of the company and to select an appropriate development strategy were obtained using the various analytical methods described in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the analytical part of the thesis the individual methods were applied and their results were further analyzed within the framework of the SWOT matrix, which was the basis of selection of the company's specific development strategy. In the design part, an alternative for further development of the company is selected in detail with regard to the necessary resources, including other implementation activities and the benefits of the proposals.

Thesis deals with the marketing communication of the online store StarkGlass.cz . It is an online store serving for sale tempered safety glass brand StarkGlass. Since I am a co- founder of the Internet business, communication strategy is based on the experiences gained in creating original marketing strategy and marketing research.

Apartment house Buchlovice

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in buchlovice, k. ú Buchlovice. It is a detached building that closes the residential area. The building is under-collapsed all over its area. The object is divided into two sectors. The northwest sector has three above-ground floors and consists of two residential units. The south-eastern sector has two above-ground floors and also consists of two residential units. The total capacity of the building is four residential units and a mass garage in the basement. All residential units have a separate entrance. The supporting structures of the building are designed from cut brick blocks, monolithic reinforced concrete construction is designed for the underground part of the building. Horizontal supporting structures are chosen reinforced concrete monolithic due to the span and subdiment of the object. The roofing of the building is designed as a classic saddle truss in combination with a single-roof vegetation roof.

This Diploma thesis is focused on the communication mix of a manufacturer and a seller of glass products and decorations named Royal Crystal, s.r.o. during its expansion into the global market through an online shop. This company was founded in 2011 and belongs among the largest glass manufacturers in the Czech Republic. This thesis describes elements of communication, that will help to increase the efficiency of communication of this company in the global market.

Masonry and reinforcement items review of building

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of mansory and reinforcement items of a house with two floors. Design of selected parts of the structure was performed using finite element method and suitable manual idealized models. Were assessed ceiling monolithic structure above the first floor, internal load bearing wall, foundation strip and reinforced concrete staircase. All selected elements were assessed at the ultimate limit state, reinforced concrete slab and the serviceability limit state.

Boarding house with restaurant

The subject of the master thesis is the elaboration of a project documentation for the constructin of a guesthouse with a restaurant in the cadastral area of Buchlovice. The building is designed ad a detached house, partially basemented with the use of an attic. It is going to be a new construction of an accommodation facility, with a lounges, restaurant and a wellness. Building with multifunction spaces are designed the way, that guests are provided with carefree ale pleasant experience, to achive the maximum relaxatio. The part of the building is also going to be opened to the public. The purpose of the construction is to offer clients services related to accommodation, relaxation, gastronomy and social activities. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. Load-bearing structures of the building are designed from the ground brick blocks, ceiling structures are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, the roofing of the building is a combination of a slab roof and single-ply roofs.
