Principle of superficies solo cedit

This diploma thesis deals with the principle of superficies solo cedit, whose roots go back to Roman law. The principle, which can be translated as "the surface gives way to the ground", expresses the rule according to which the land includes everything that arises on it, whether in a natural or artificial way. In the history of the Czech lands, the principle was applied under the General Civil Code from 1811 until the adoption of the Civil Code of 1950. On the contrary, this Code applied the opposite principle and thus introduced separate ownership of land and buildings. The principle returned to our legal system with the adoption of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. The aim of this thesis is to present the principle in a historical context, to give an explanation of its current form and to specify the problems that arose with the adoption of the principle of superficies. The diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters. The introductory part deals with the historical development of the principle. First, it provides an interpretation of Roman law, in which some important sources of Roman law are discussed. Marketing and non-profit organizations

This bachelor thesis deals with non-profit organizations and their marketing activities. The terms used in the theoretical part are implicated to a particular non-profit organization called YFU. The theoretical part deals with such terms as non-profit sector or marketing in nonprofit organizations. In the practical part, the introductory chapter is devoted to the history and activities of NGO YFU. Moreover, the financial aspect of the organization is also mentioned. All of the subsequent chapters deal with the problem of marketing in this non-profit organization. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained in the first chapter a SWOT analysis and marketing mix analysis are constructed, with the most attention paid to the analysis of the current form of promotional activities in YFU. In this chapter research is also conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. From this survey a potential solution for a future promotion of this organization is created. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of the organization YFU and also, based on the results from the marketing research, to design the author's own solution of how to further promote this organization.
The Function of the sole in dance

The thesis is focused on the function of the soles of the feet while dancing and their consequential treatment. It could be a manual for dancers as well as dance instructors how to properly care about feet and give them regular care. The sole is one of the dancer?s main tools and should be looked after according to that. The Aim of the Thesis The aim of the thesis is to accent the function and health of the soles for the dancer.
The movement introduction for children age of 3 to 5

The thesis deals with children and working with them at their age from 3 to 5 years. It could bring motivation for work during movement intrudaction lessons for pedagogues who are looking for some inspiration, suggestions and ideas. The thesis is divided into three parts: 1. Development and ontogenesis of humen psyche 2. Work of pedagogue, focus of their attention to different activities in lessons, description of possible course of lesson 3. Image of development of lessons from the easiest to the most difficult components The thesis does not show a detailed analysis of individual components or explanation of some therms. It is designated for experienced and advanced pedagogues who have already worked in this field.
