The Gaulish and its prints in French

Bachelor thesis Gaulish and its traces in French deals with the topic of Gaulish as one of the languages, which was in past spoken at the area of today's France and which in a relatively important way influenced the actual French, more precisely left its traces in it. The main purpose of this thesis is to create a coherent descriptive work which will as a first in Czech deal about Gaulish and which will point out its influences on actual French and therethroug it opens a possibility to further and more detailed research. The first part of the thesis deals with Gaulish in general which means its historical definition, sociolinguistic influences in reation to Latin, reflexion of the accessible archeological and literary sources of studies of this language and the general context and then also the position of Gaulish within celtic languages and its basic characteristics from the linguistic point of view. The second part of the thesis is focused on formo f Gaulish in different parts of languague studies, so the gaulish phonetics and phonology, morphology, syntax and last not least the vocabulary. Each of these part sis completed with a reflection of gaulish traces in actual French.
The operation of political committee in the period of the so-called Legal Biennial

The thesis called The operation of political commitee in the period of the so-called Legal Biennial deals with the activity of political commitee, an especial authority subordinated to the Ministry of Justice, in the period of the so-called Legal Biennial, i.e. in 1948-1950. The main aim of the commitee's activity was to direct the drafts of new laws presented by particular expert commitees and to adjust ideologicaly its content. In the first part of the thesis, the author presents the period of so-called Legal Biennal and describes the procedure of creation the new laws and its passing in the National Assembly. In this part, the author also dealt with the establishment, competetions and tasks of the commission and afterwadrs she presents also its members and organisation of the commitee's activity. One of the results of the author's work is also a tabular survey of the commitee's meetings including the attendance and discussed topics. The second part of the thesis is oriented to legal questions discussed by the commitee on its meetings, arranged in thematic order and on the influence of the commitee on the final wording of presented laws. Finally, the author presents some of the main members of the political commitee who significantly influenced its operation.

Legal biennal and the activity of political comittee in 1928-1950 The dissertation deals with the activities and composition of the Political Commission of the Ministry of Justice and its role in the recodification work during the so-called legal biennial, ie in the period 1948-1950. During this period, new legislation was created in all major branches of the law and resulted in a complete reconstruction of Czechoslovak law. The aim of the present work is to study and approach the work of the political commission in the course of the recodification work, including its insertion into the deeper context of the re-codification in the Czechoslovak Republic, and to demonstrate that the political commission has in fact and fundamentally influenced the final form of these legal regulations. Given that the concepts of codecs elaborated in the preceding period became the basis for the recodification work during the legal biennial period, the first part of the dissertation is devoted to these previous attempts to recodify the main branches of law in the 1920s and 1930s and their outcomes in the form of curricula of the individual codes.
